Wakumi Aokawa

Wakumi is a Honengame Yokai. In her true form, she has a human head, chest and arms, but her entire body is encased into a turtle shell. Her legs are covered with dark green scales and her feet are equipped with webbed toes ending in blunt claws. She also has a bushy tail reminescent of seaweed.
Wakumi has a cute face with golden-yellow eyes and blue rings around her irises, long dark brown hair tied into a bun and held together by a pair of hair sticks, as well as a pair of short horns on her forehead. In her human form, almost all of her Yokai features disappear, only the odd color of her eyes are indicating her otherwordly nature.

In her human form, she usually wears a dark blue long-sleeved kimono with pink carnation and light blue dragonfly patterns. The kimono is held together by a purple obi around the waist. She completes her outfit with white socks and wooden sandals. When traveling, she also wears a Kasa hat and a dark green haori with pink patterns on the sleeves.

Wakumi can also wear her kimono in her true form, which is capable of adjusting itself according to her frame, since she is slimmer in her human form (due to her shell present in her true Yokai form). She can also summon/banish her kimono at will, which is useful since she does not wear it when swimming underwater (her kimono gets wet easily).

Wakumi is usually a nice and friendly person. Despite being a Yokai, she is benelovent towards humans (which is true to her species), although she usually takes on her human form whenever she is among other people and only shows her true nature if necessary. She is also very curious (with the tendency of becoming excited if she sees new things she deems awesome - I call this her Waku-Waku Mode) and sometimes tends to be involved in certain events, albeit unwillingly. Due to being a pharmacist, Wakumi is always ready to help those who are sick either/or injured. She does not discriminate, treating her patients of regardless of their wealth, social status or even race.
However, she also has a sassy side, sometimes making snarky comments if she becomes annoyed or sees someone doing stupid things. She has a habit of lifting her folding fan in front of face when displaying her sarcasm.
She is also a paficist, which means that she tends to avoid confrontations if possible, but she still can stand up and fight when necessary (especially if someone threatens her patients).

Despite her friendly and pacifist nature, there are two things which can piss Wakumi off. One: if someone endangers her patients, and two: if someone is playing with lives of other people for their own amusement. When this occurs, she can show off her serious side (as a medic who saves lives) and take matter into her own hands.
