The roads was ekstra slippery that night, but it wasn't the first time, that Cat and her brother had been driving under dangerous conditions. Her parents where away at a spar, celebrating their 20 years together. Cat and her brother - Andrew - has been home alone plenty of times, it was just another day in the De Leon household. She was feeling ekstra hungry that night, she really craved a special kind of burger, a bruger and a milkshake from a place, that don't bring out. Begging her brother, pleading with him to drive with her! She only wanted that burger, surely has had to understand the importance of that! Finally he gave in. They got in the car which was the last thing Andrew did that night. A drunk driver crashed right into them, flipped their car upside down. There was blood everywhere, something felt broken, but at least Cat was able to breath. Andrew was stif, died on impact. She was screaming, crying for help and mercy, but nobody could hear her. Trapped in the car with her death beloved brother for over two hours. That night changed everything. Her parents blamed her, the entire town blamed her! Andrew was well liked, whereas most people saw Cat as an annoying young girl, who never quite knew when to shut up. It started with a smell of alcohol, then it was all she could smell from her parents breath. Alcohol turned to violence, with Cat being their personal punching bag. She felt like she deserved, her brother would had been alive if she hadn't begged him for a bruger. A stupid burger and a milkshake. Her parents can barely look at her now. They have found peace at the bottom of a bottle, and with a daughter they can take out there anger on. She just lets it happend, Cat has never really been the person who fought back anyways, no that was Andrew. Andrew was her hero, her savior. He was the golden boy in the small town. The prom king, the basketball star, the smartest in his class. His death took a toll on everyone. The De Leon household, decided to move away from the small city, moved to the big apple. Get away from peoples pity look.

The girl who is a ray of sunshine. Picture a rainbow, with a unicorn and a big milkshake filt with sugar and vanila, then put all of that into a small female body, that right there is Catalina De León. She is almost too sweet. You could slap her, throw hot soup on here and she would appologize. She has never quite been well liked. People thinks she talks too much, that she is too hyper and almost to childish. She does talk way to much, she doesn't have a stop buttom. Cat is somewhat desperat for friendship, which means that she ends up, pushing people away from her. Nobody likes a stage five clinger. A sad soul, who has seen way to much, in a way to young age. She still loves her parents, even after their cruel treatment of her. A fragile person, like a broken vase just wating to fall to the floor in pieces. Extremely sensitive, but maskes her hurt with a big smile. Why cry in the corner alone, when you can smile to the world and to the people in it? She is a positive woman, and is determined to stay that way, even with all the shit the world keeps throwing at her.
