    A sharp jaw, and an ever present blade at his hip. Sonnet can make for an imposing figure from a distance. Closer, however, one might notice the freckles decorating his cheeks, shoulders and forearms. Or the soft blue of his eyes, at least when he isn't glaring. Sonnet boasts defined musculature, leaning more towards quick movement than brute strength. He stands just below average height. His hair falls in dark waves, unkempt and slightly shaggy, likely cut by himself with a particularly dull blade.

    A mercenary for hire, doing whatever job needs doing to support himself. Sonnet has few loyalties of his own, and actively avoid forming them. Despite this, a part of him yearns for connection. A cold outlook foiled by a good heart.

    Sonnet speaks plainly, even when inconvenient, and can forget what is and isn't socially acceptable. He holds a bleak outlook on the world, and isn't afraid to share his inner musings with whatever unfortunate soul should be near.

    Deeper within the cold mercenary lays a fiercely loyal soul. A strong moral compass guiding him through life. Sonnet values people over rules.

    Despite the serious demeanor he holds, Sonnet can be rather clueless at times, and startled easily by simple kindness. He can become rather awkward and off kilter, easily embarrassed. He aims to project an image of strength, but is in reality quite ordinary.
