Rubinetto

The wasteland tundra elves are a small race of elves that were said to be extinct. However, they actually isolated themselves deep within the dangerous wasteland tundra habitat.

These elves are most identifiable by their blue skin and monochrome hair. In order to survive in the harsh climate, they built colonies inside the mountains and lived in extravagant caves.

Most will work as hunters and gatherers, but some will work in collaboration with nearby Woodland Elves in the tundra mines.

It must be noted that when the wasteland climate gets worse, the wasteland tundra elves will wear masks over their eyes in order to protect from a dangerous seasonal airborne parasite that can cause permanent blindness, turning the eyes completely black to signify the start of an infection.
