A large, speed craft intergalactic jump capable ship with a 8000 cubic foot cargo hold and life support for up to 12 people(gets crowded but is doable) and a few motorcycles, a variety of street bikes and hover speeders she keeps in good condition and displays in a large garage. A couple she uses regularly for fun, or for business.

History: Born on a colony world called Jericho-07482, Inessa grew up flying the gliders and small jets her father tinkered with. Her dad was a flight mechanic for the local airport, where both airplanes and space shuttles land to load and unload passengers and cargo. Her father had bought a large plot of land on the outskirts of the medium-sized city that had formed on the planet only 50 years prior to her father's birth.
The plot included a large field and part of a forest surrounding the back and sides of the property. A short landing strip was laid into the field to use for his personal aircraft. Of which he had over 2 dozen strewn about the edges of the yard, in various states of repair, or just waiting to be used. As a mechanic, he was also an adept pilot, having served in the UNSC as a combat pilot. This would drive Inessa to do the same, along with the death of her older brother 3 months after her 16th birthday. She was told by her father and mother to not follow her brother's footsteps after his death but she was determined. She joined straight out of high school.
After serving for a few years she returned home to see her terminally ill mother until she passed. It only took 3 months for the disease(one that was obtained on the planet, was uncategorized and thus untreatable.) To take her mother's strength and her body gave out in her sleep. The dog alerted everyone to her passing when he heard her stop breathing. Inessa's father woke up and cried over his wife as his kids woke to the dog and came to sit with and hold their father, crying themselves. Sheppard stopped barking once the family was all present and whined in grief for his family member's passing as well. Inessa cried empty tears, she felt so numb after her brother died and having seen her mother suffer she was happy in a way, for the woman's passing, it meant she wasn't suffering anymore. They had all said their goodbyes and made their peace with the diagnosis in the weeks leading up to her passing.
Inessa left the planet the day after her mother's funeral, returning to service for another 3 years before her contract ended and she decided to take her savings and get a ship of her own to do private work. Her first ship wasn't the best but with her father's help and her own ingenuity the craft became known as the blue falcon. Fast and agile, the craft was tiny for an interstellar transit ship, but that was the idea, small and not worth chasing, or if she was worth chasing she would just maneuver through a meteor field and lose her tails.
Her ability to get important documents and small cargo shipments safely to their destination without any significant delays earned her enough in her first few years shuttling interstellar to buy an even larger and much newer ship. She of course modified it to her own specifications and painted it in the deep blues of the Phoenix. Her big brother had called her that when he found her safe even while the plane she had crashed was aflame all around her. Her flight suit and helmet had saved her from the flames long enough for him to get her out but Simon insisted she was a Phoenix that couldn't be burned or captured like in legends.
She has been working as an independent armed transport ever since. Most of her cargo is standard secret documents or shipments of drugs or alcohol. Rich people would pay big money to have them transported safely and without the red tape of most courier services who worked under InterGalactic law which prohibited such things. Inessa was an independent courier service, free to transport what she wants where she wants. At her own risk of course. No IG rescue services would answer her calls. Private security and retrieval teams would, for a high price. But they could be slow.
