There is currently a Superpowered Drug war between three gangs trying to vie for control over the city criminal underworld.

Slip-Stream, a Warmonger and Leader of a “Cartel.” Created of the Star-Rise Drug. Concept: Star-Rise, Star-Fall.

The God Father, A don of an old Mafia outfit. Public face is a Philanthropist. Creator of the Amplifier drug. Concept: Capitalism at it’s finest.

The Curator, A new and upcoming leader of a small gang. Seller and creator of the Twilight Drug. No public face known. Concept: Fake it til you make it.

Moon Age Daydream.
Crazed Mindless Junkies causing havoc from the residue of a new Drug.

Larry Kingston, A college student and frat boy from New Haven University. He’s a kid from a high society family who got hooked on Twilight. He’s a mindless punk wrecking havoc to chase his next fix. Concept: High Society Patient Zero: Mindless.

Luis “Psykes” Sykes, A street dealer and addict of Twilight. Known as complete scum with no care for the lives he destroys as long as he gets a cut of the Creds. Concept: Dead-Light Dealer.

Dennis Wiley, A new and upcoming supe. He’s a user of Star-Rise and Amplifiers, which grant him his powers. Concept: Stars High, Luck Down.

Corpo overtime IS your Time.
Corporations hold the power, using their connections to pull the veil over their crimes.

Darrius Samson, CEO of Samson Security Solutions. A Private, paramilitary, security company known for having a few supes on the payroll. Concept: CEO of Samson Security Solutions.

Lawrence Franklin King, A rat faced, silver tongue kiss ass. He’s the Vice President and known for running his on side deals behind Samson’s back. Concept: Treacherous VP - Samson Security Solutions.

Kane Wilson, He works as a lawyer for Samson Security Solutions. He keeps tabs on Lawrence and reports all activity to Samson. He also makes sure to hide all of Samson illegal activities and even activities Samson doesn’t know about to protect him and the corporation. Concept: Loyal Lawyer - Samson Security Solutions.

Iron Town was created in the early 2500’s as an industrial Trading City. Called the City of Steel Grind given it’s massive production lines.

A Small, coastal, fishing island that was reconstructed and fixed up as part of a global green project. Reconstructed in 2420.

Galaxy City was not apart of the original plans for the Hub City States. But after a ship crashed into the Pacific ocean, the Alien Refugees worked with the UN to turn the Ship into a Space Port City in 2550.

Aristo City was built as a Memorial to the Historic Past of the World, and as a City of Art and Science. It was built in 2450 a century after the First Mega Cities. It’s a modern take on Colonial style, with the pristine and glittering add on of more modern techniques.

The Third and Final Mega City built. Starlight city would be built a decade after New Haven City and Argent City. It was finished by 2345, 13 years after it’s construction.

Was created as a smaller city and a central power generator for the Hub Cities. It was a recent addition, built in the year 2590, 40 years after Galaxy City and used some of the Alien tech to construct it.
