    The Lavender Story

    Once the world was full of various different slimes. None were truly evil and most sought to make a living out of the smallest things in life. Slimes only ever needed simple thing's to exist, consistent multiplication of their bodies, allowed more to live and continue their family. In the very rare instances, a different type of slime can be born. These slimes are rumored to be cursed and to have misfortune befall them. In such she was born. Instead of being red like the ones that she split from, she was lavender in color. At the moment of separation, she was conscious of everything. Most slimes were basic and had only the desires to do what they needed to.

    She however was different. At her earliest stages, she was capable of assuming forms, intelligent enough to harness speech by listening to the walking creatures on two feet. Over time she learned to take their forms. While she had no gender at all, she was able to give herself a male or a female or both entirely if she wished. Intelligence gave breath to knowledge, she became smart, smarter than humans and with a cunning nature to rival the wolf. All was well for the many years she existed. Except for the fact she was incapable of creating a new slime from her body. It was as if she lacked the necessary composition to do so. Whether it's from her being born a rare slime...to her just being defective.

    This worried her along with the others. However time always moved on, until the fateful time that..humans began to hunt slimes. Due to the sheer number of them around, they became blamed for all sorts of different thing's. Food shortages, crops dying, people dying. The disdain that humans and other creatures put on them, caused her entire family to be nearly wiped out. She would watch in horror at the death and senseless killing of her race. Sneaking into a human settlement, she managed to overhear information on what was going on. Slimes were being blamed for everything, even other animals were being blamed. This angered her, leaving the human settlement.

    Being hunted now, narrowly escaping traps and other encounters with the legged ones. She was forced to fight back, able to assume and consume humans and anything else, she began to kill those that hunted her. Inevitably labeling her as wanted. Becoming known as the Lavender Devil or Devil of Lavender. To the present day, she had since learned to assume almost any form and those she killed, she cuold impersonate, almost perfectly save for slime like textures that she still has yet to manage. Will you become her next victim...or will she be captured once and for all?
