A pirate? Oh no, no. Don't be mistaken. She might be dressed down a bit, but she's a privateer. A bosun if she were most specific, however Naz isn't so boastful about that. Really, she's only able to get her position only because that's where the weight of her lineage allows her to be.
Although an adult, Nazeli only has the illusion of adulthood before her. For today, she's working the sails and rigs, but by her family's call, Nazeli's reminded that she's still the eldest of the Isalome royalty. As daughter of Duke Giustizia, if she were a proper lady, she'd have taken the role of being the governess to her young cousins, the royal heirs of Isalome. But instead, she didn't.
Hailing from a distinguished line of royals and nobles alike within the Isalome kingdom, Naz left the dainty etiquette and pleasantries to her cousins, though she'll play her part when it's her cue to don the flowing gown and regalia. The life her parents trained her to follow, Nazeli never felt for it. It wasn't as if she hated her life — far from it! Rather, she's just enamored by the venture of traveling and experiencing the world.
Perhaps it's"s far-fetched to think she'd get where like this, but Nazeli isn't so concerned about it.
