Stan Stillwater

Stan is a taller individual, standing at 5 foot 11 inches. He is a Snow-White Haired man with Ocean Blue eyes and smooth, pale skin that makes him look fragile, like a porcelain doll. However, he used to have Black hair, Black eyes and flush tan skin before the incident. He has a thin frame that is accompanied by a toned athletic build that he obtained from his time doing marathons as a hobby. Because of this his muscles, albeit not entirely large, are defined and visible upon his soft skin.

Stan is an intern for a corporation known as Europa Sciences. They have developed all types of inventions and works of masterful science that now bless the world as we know it. Stan is a promising scientist, with many new ideas, hoping to quickly rise in the corporation in hopes of helping the world with its constant energy crisis. Him, and another intern, who goes by the name of Edward Kotan, a son of the wealthy Kotan family, owners of Kotan Industries, work together to prove to the company they work for that their ideas are able to change the world, just like the rest of the companies' inventions. After many hours, days, months, and even a few years, Stan and Edwards created a device they dubbed the "God Rod". It's a machine much like a tesla coil in terms of design, however it works much differently. It uses a mix of positive and negative ions to create a near limitless energy source. However, in its current form it doesn't have the ability to power a whole city, let alone the whole world. So, they both worked tirelessly to find a way to fix these issues. One night, when they were both working overtime on the project, Stan backed into the "God Rod" after tripping over a carelessly placed wrench, which Edwards had just used to make some minor adjustments on the device. The device begins to malfunction causing ear popping, red and blue electricity to spark and thrash about the lab. In its uproar, the device sends two different streams of electricity to Stan and Edwards. One red, which hit Edwards, and one blue which hit Stan. After this Stan blacked out and 2 weeks later woke up in a hospital with massive amounts of pain and a rather large, charred black scar along his entire spine. Later he found his body had been changed on the cellular level to hold and discharge electricity. He had become the very thing he was trying to create in his lab. A new source of energy. But what of his coworker and friend Edwards. He never found out what happened to him. Reports of mass power outages racked the city however and he can't help but wonder if its related.

°Abilities°

MasterWerk

Stan can mold and shape his electricity to make weapons or objects. He calls them MasterWerks or Werks, for short. Most of the time He shapes his MasterWerks to resemble lightning whips, which are his favorite form for his Werks. He is rather skilled with these whips, able to use them for combat or to traverse the city scape with ease. However, he is not limited to these whips, simply prefers them. Each Werk he creates is 3.5kV and will disappear when he wills them away or when he loses concentration.

Megaton Ark

When Stan is fully charged at 5MV he can discharge all of that electricity like a bomb. It would have a blast radius of about 18 miles (The same as a 100-megaton nuclear bomb, hence the name). However, this ability has only ever been thought of as a theory and has never been tested, so he believes that in the process of the discharge he would kill himself or at the very least be severely injured. This is very much a last resort ability.

MasterWerk Form

Like his MasterWerks, Stan can turn his body into nothing but a bundle of electricity that maps his nervous system in form. In this form his body generates a massive amount of electricity that surpasses even his conventional limits. This form grants him the ability to levitate using the earth's natural magnetism. He can travel through power lines, or other types of conductors like metal and water. His immediate vicinity also emits a powerful EMP that fries most electronics. This form grants him power beyond what is normally available to him, and as such, after he eventually exhausts his power, he is unable to use any of his powers for a time afterwards. Even absorbing electricity from other sources doesn't help regain his power. The time determined is varied depending on how much and how hard he exhausts this form.

Stans spine and brain have been altered genetically and can now generate, store and discharge up to 5MV (or 5 Million Volts of electricity. Keep in mind it only takes 1.5kV to harm a human's skin) however he can only discharge up to 25kV at a time, otherwise he could potentially harm himself. Any source of electricity can be absorbed by him. Every ability uses 3kV to 5kV per use.

Rubber Skin

In addition to his ability to hold a charge stans skin developed a rubberized coating. This saves him from being harmed by any charge under 3.5MV. However, when stan uses his abilities, he can only discharge up to 25kV in a single instance, otherwise he could cause internal bodily damage.
