Rain is a difficult creature to catch. Found usually in an in-between. A limbo of sorts. Not just between life and death, but at the edge of a shadow, or where a stream turns into a river. She's seen when someone or something is in change, say; a girl turning into a woman or a man being lost. She also favors skimming treelines that break into meadows, and sandy beaches turning into oceans. Here, where the land is always and forever stuck in twilight, where the Night should be turning slowly to Day, she too is stuck.

Cursed.

If you happen to spot her, she usually seems more ghost than wolf. Transparent. Whispy. Drippy.. Feathery, white fur seemingly leaks whenever she tries to manifest into a corperal form. Gathering that thick fog until her being weeps. And when she steps into a splintered shaft of moonlight? She glitters like a vampire as all the accumulated dew reflects.
