When in mortal form, Qysilth has long flowing silver hair. Her silver horns grow out from her head along with shining silver scales on her cheeks and forehead. Her eyes are a bright golden with emanates power behind them. Her skin is a warm colour with clear complexion. Qsyilth is tall as she stands at 5'10'' and as long slender limbs.

In dragon form Qysilth appears as a large silver dragon. Almost all of her body is different shades if a shining silver, but her eyes still reflect the golden colour.
