NYXARA, Duchess of the Abyss, daughter and only living child of Bahlrug. She was conceived from a tryst that was part of an alliance between Bahlrug and the demoness Khazixnazra, folding part of the Abyss into the realm of Brasquura. She is known to be indulgent, arrogant, intelligent, and stubborn. The relationship between father and daughter is strained, with Bahlrug known to care for his daughter, but often finding himself at odds with her indulgences and ideas for governance. Nyxara, for her part, finds herself in the unenviable position of balancing her nature and her duties, while putting both against that of her father.

DOCTOR ASTEO, Chief Surgeon of Brasquura. While rarely leaving his laboratory in the Boneyard, the Doctor's keen mind has led him to the position as Chief Surgeon in Bahlrug's cabinet, advising the sovereign on all matters medical when asked. Known for his malevolent and unsettling appearance, Dr. Asteo often sends his aides to deal with any matter outside of the medical district.

DAFYUD AL-NACHT, Treasurer of Brasquura. Derisively known as 'The Count' by his opponents, Dafyud's bestial appearance hides a keen and cunning mind. The master of the city-state's finances, the werewolf has somewhat famously been stripped of his power and position no less than three times for defying Bahlrug's wishes. The last and most public of these instances resulted in a public declaration of suspended execution if "a single penny is earned without approval". Dafyud's skills would have made him one of the richest people in any other place, but in Brasquura they have kept his head in place so long as he does not overreach.

ALORA, General of Brasquura. Alora is the one who, following Bahlrug's battle with the lord of Noktys, bestowed lordship and control of the city to The Beast. Under Bahlrug's leadership and helmed by Alora, the military has simultaneously grown, diversified, specialized, and shrank, as the standing number of infantry troops has diminished, yet the roles the army fills has grown greatly, and while cross-training is extensive, there are some roles that require specific abilities that cannot be shared. As a whole, Brasquura's might has never been greater, its troops more disciplined or better trained, nor has it ever been more capable, thanks largely to Alora's unwavering persistence and personal dedication.
