The Promethean

Build: Seven feet tall, with a lean atheltic physique. Built more like a runner than a bodybuilder, muscles tightly coiled under the flesh like steel cables.

Proportions: Bordering between well built and lanky. His chest is broad and his abdomen tapered but his limbs are long. His arms in particular seem slightly longer than they should be on a human.

Skin: A sort of yellowish grey in pigmentation. Totally smooth, which lends it a sort of uncanny quality to the touch expecting to feel the small bumps and imperfections of human skin. Almost feels more dense than actual skin, very little give and almost no stretch.

Eyes: Rheumy and milky, with totally grey pupils. They almost seem like they might be blind at a glance, but are miracously capable of vision.

Hair: Long, lank and waist-length. Some attempt looks to have been made when grooming, with limited sucess.

Features: Striking but not handsome. Notably prominent brows and a long face with a strong jawline and pronounced chin.

Eyebrows: Thick and black.


Scars: Prominent thin white scars encircling ankles, hips, shoulders, forearms, wrists, neck and cranium.

Attire: Black waistjacket over a frayed grey swearer. Loose knits pants with workboots. Sunglasses and a black scarf covering his lower face.

Mannerisms: Affects a gentle, soft spoken voice. In the way the sound of a distant thunderstorm is gentle. Practiced and measured way of speaking, very verbose and tries to give the impression he's intelligent. Moves stiffly, movements don't always seem natural or human. Rarely blinks and doesn't fidget or look about when concentrating on a conversation.

Character Flaws: Deeply insecure and self loathing. Wrathful, no hesitation to do shocking violence to those who've wronged him. Sometimes acts impulsively, and sometimes takes far too long to make a choice.

Character Assets: Pronounced sense of Empathy, especially for social outcats. Singularly determined, able to keep motivation far beyond what should be possible for the human mind. Slow to judgement and condemnation. Very accepting and open-minded.

Creation: Created using some manner of bio-tech, an artifical humanoid made to do the dark bidding of unseen masters. No real childhood to speak of, 'born' physically mature with a mind that reached maturity in a scant few years. Constantly suject to cruel expirements, not properly socialized and starved for attention and acceptance. Kept in stasis for years at a time, living in a sort of half-sleep purgatory. Forced to kill and have his memory regularly 'erased', denying him even the memories of the ones he had killed.

Escape: After untold years of abuse lashed out violently at his creators, killed dozens and managed to escape the secure facility witn the help of a sympathetic scientist.

Purpose: His first friend sacrificed their life to see him free, their legacy endures in the secret documents they stole from Weaver Pharmaceuticals. They were entrusted to someone, and that person's life was entrusted to him...
