*Dawnfyre Blood:* The proof of the Dawnfyre legacy, the ability to weave mana into their *Illumination* spells via the use of a bound weapon.

**✦PHYSICAL/MAGICAL WEAKNESSES**
-Only Human.
-Caster = Mana Dependant.

*Illumination Techniques:* The signature Dawnfyre spells that form the backbone of Kaihron's arsenal, in which each generation is taught as their first spells and is expected to expand and master all throughout their lives.

-*Aegis:* Planting  blazing blue repulsing dome of mana, though not to be used so carefree like common wards and barriers, it's purpose is a last ditch attempt to save himself and those on the immediate area from a dire attack. Needless to say that an expenditure of mana of this scale will leave Kaihron with nothing in the means of reserves, but that is far preferable than death.

-*Cascade:* A rushing wall of blazing mana, typically the size of a wagon, this technique is more malleable and can be increased or decreased in size and focus, making it a go-to offensive spell.

-*Excursion:* The Dawnfyre's signature means of travel, for why bother with ships and coaches when you can simply travel where one pleases? A portal is created, about the size of a cathedral door, whereupon he and others may traverse freely- though Kaihron must be the last to enter in order to sustain the link. Where he can travel to is based on if he can imagine the precise location, while typically this would be via memory an accurate enough map, painting or even sketch would suffice.

-*Manifest:* Kaihron's weapon serves as a beacon of azure light, illuminating sources of magic in the vicinity, particularly towards those that were weaved to remain subtle like glamours or hidden wards.

-*Convoke:* The first technique any Dawnfyre learns is to summon and dismiss their bound weapon to and from another space, making storage and retrievel a trifle motion.

*Arcane Magics:* Is it tradition for Dawnfyres to specialise in the stuff of raw magic rather than pigeonhole themselves into one of the many "schools" of magic, lest they blind themselves to the discoveries pertaining to magic as a whole. Typically this takes the practical forms of weaving magic into spells to suit the occasion rather than attempting to fit the occasion around a given specialisation.

**✦WEAPONS/TYPICAL INVENTORY**
*Manabreaker:* Kaihron's bound war maul and his arcane focus, very atypical of a wizard but the Dawnfyre have never chosen their weapons in the usual sense, it is a part of him, linked to his very being from a young age and immediately set to the task of mastering it's use. As his primary means of defense and offense it packs a mighty wallop for its size and the burning end burns not with the traditional flame but one that scorches magic, a twin assault on enemy wards and an extra buffer against magical attacks.
