Kazue Ogata is a Japanese woman of average height. She is well-groomed and well-educated, knowledge shining in her dark eyes. She has a pale complexion with straight, thick black hair. She often wears it up in a bow, especially when presenting socially. Impressions are very important to Kazue. That said, her expression tends to sit a neutral way that can be mistaken for annoyance.
Background

Kazue Ogata's father was apart of the Imperial Army. She was raised primarily by her mother as she rarely saw her father growing up. Given her father's status, she was able to receive good schooling and took a great interest in English culture. She is fluent in both Japanese and English, though she may present with a subtle accent from time to time.

At the start of the second world war, her father was shipped off and heard from even less. Even before he had left, her mother had begun to grow ill, but it grew worse after his departure. Kazue worked many odd jobs to help her family stay afloat, though her most recent and long-term job has been working for a toy factory that exports into Europe. She uses most, if not all, of her money to care for her sick mother.
