    Francis
    Francis is a friendly-looking furry green puppet with a large round nose and brown, lynx-like ears. There are fangs in that big, head-splitting mouth of his, but they appear to be made out of craft foam and are unlikely to cause injury. He wears a beige apron with the logo of the puppet-themed coffee shop where he works.

    Morp
    Morp is a broke college student who works at a puppet-themed coffee shop. He has brown hair and brown eyes, not that the latter are often visible. Due to his shy and socially awkward demeanor, his head is often down and his gaze downcast. Beyond having two black ear gauges, he has no remarkable features, nor does he dress in a particularly eye-catching manor, opting for plain t-shirts and jeans. Anything to blend in with the crowd.

    Puppettino's
    Puppettino's (pronounced like the 'cino' in capucino) is a burgeoning, puppet-themed coffee shop, where every puppetista (barista) is a puppet. Its walls, chairs, counters, coffee mugs, and everything in-between are colored in bright primary pastels, giving the place a cartoony and lively vibe. Its counters are uncommonly tall, hiding the puppeteers (human employees) from view, no matter the angle. The shop logo is a puppet-ish coffee cup with a big grin and large eyes. It's usually accompanied by the shop's tagline: Coffee: No Strings Attached.

    Francis and Morp can be found working at Puppettino's on most days. While Morp can't be seen, light-footed tapping is heard on the floor when Francis walks around, so one can only assume he's there operating the puppet! Still, the illusion of Francis being alone behind the counter is remarkably good.

    Relationship
    When seen together, Morp defers to Francis for conversation with others. They seem to get along, although he can be seen arguing with the puppet even when he doesn't think people are watching them, and if asked, insists Francis isn't being controlled by a demonic entity and that he's 'just practicing'.
