    [OOC Markal doesn't actually know who or what his mother is so he will be developing powers as he goes along. I won't suddenly add something I that gives me an advantage in an RP that I haven't already thought of giving him.]
      Markal cannot be tracked if he doesn't want to be. Electronic GPS, scent, physical tracking, etc. It simply can't be done. His tracker goes off the map or the tracks/scents get confused and jumbled together.
