  Seabreeze is an anthropomorphic Pokemon, or Pokemorph, of a female Milotic. The morph towers over others at 6"8, weighing in at 290 lbs with much of that weight coming from her thickly built and powerful tail. She possesses a more stocky build than others of her kind, who often tend to be slim and willowy. The top half of her body is that of a typical morph, with a Milotic's head and long neck. Behind her singular horn Seabreeze sprouts an extra series of red hair-like fins that continue beyond the back of her skull, down her spine and ending at the small of her back. The Milotic's torso is humanoid with fully functional lungs and five-fingered, webbed hands. She is mammalian and warm-blooded, with the skin on the upper part of her body smooth and tough much like a dolphin.
  
  The lower half of the Pokemorph's body is serpentine, the creature's build appearing much like a Naga's in that the long, tapering lower half of the body is legless yet able to naturally support the spine in an upright position. Despite this, her tail is flexible enough to allow her to swim or even slither if desired. Starting from her waist, her lower half looks just like the Pokemon she spawned from. It is made up of large, gleaming scales that catch the light like a prism. Her lower body tapers off into a long tail that ends in a fanned, spotted tailfin that looks not unlike a peacock's.
  
  Seabreeze is never seen without her thin metal bracers, the blue bands gracefully wrapping around her wrists. She also wears an ornate, decorative vest which contains two strips of stiff cloth shaped like the waves she loves, festooned with a large red gem.
  
  Personality:
  
  Like others of her kind, Seabreeze is calm and pacificstic by nature. She prefers to avoid conflict, but ironically runs into quite a bit of it by butting into other's fights due to her instinctive compulsion to soothe the angry. Sometimes she can even cause more harm than good, but it is never done out of malice. The Milotic is vain, having evolved from an infantile Feebas too quickly to fully understand the lessons most of her species learn from experience: that inner beauty is what truly matters. For this reason, she can sometimes place too much of an emphasis on her own appearance as well as others.
  
  Due to her humanoid top half she is able to learn moves of the Fighting type, though she is by no means an expert and prefers to fight through magic. Her specialty is magical defense and regeneration and she often assists others in combat as a cleric, shielding the fit with a magical aura while revitalizing the wounded with healing waters.
  
  History:
  
  Silph. Co created a series of Pokemorphs, Seabreeze being one of them. Born in the lab as a Feebas and hastily evolved through the power of a Prism scale, she knew little other than what her handlers taught her: to fight, and to submit to their will. Her power was controlled from an early age by the bracers she wears: without them both on, she loses the ability to channel the power inherit to her Pokemon side and is reduced to the strength of an average human. This was deliberately done by the scientists in order to keep her under control when they did not want her to use her power.
  
  Due to her consistently good behavior and her root species' reputation of placidity, the scientists began to grow lax and underestimated her. One day during training, with her bracers on, the Milotic rebelled and unleashed a Surf attack so powerful it flooded the building, trapping and drowning all of the scientists in the room with her. She freed what fellow water types she could from the room before tumbling out of a window broken by the blast of water, escaping the building and sliding into a river to swim away without a trace.
  
  Ever since that day Seabreeze has wandered aimlessly. She hunts fish to eat and make a little coin from the surplus, and spends her days learning new things about the world around her and how to best make use of her newfound freedom.
