    Biography: Shike Travis Marshall, or just Shike as he prefers to be called, is a young man currently of about 20 years of age, although he looks a few years younger. He has many incarnations, each one with slight differences from the previous, usually in personality and expanse of knowledge. If there is anything that is almost always the same, it is his kindness and helpfulness. The only time this is not the case is with his evil incarnations. So far the only one known is in the X-Men universe, and that one has yet to be taken down due to his abilities. Other than that, Shike is a sort of hidden hero who somehow manages to remain under the radar, even if he lives in a MASSIVE marble mansion, as one incarnation does. There is an incarnation of Shike somewhere in every world and universe, and in some cases, he goes by a slightly different name. The only known case of this so far is in the MLP-verse, where he goes by the name of Skill Set, a name relating to his jack-of-all-trades personality.
    Now we get to the interesting part here: his skills. In most cases, he is an elementalist specializing in water and ice all the way down to a molecular scale, allowing him to move ice as if it wasn't even solid, among many other things. He is very much similar to water-benders in how he works his "magic". In one case, he is a highly skilled alchemist who merely is more versatile with ice and water than anything else during the winter, when it is all over the place. While his trademark skill is this magic of his, he has another hidden one yet to be utilized by anyone else: he can melt any living thing with water in its molecular structure. He does this by freezing every water molecule in the body. The expansion causes said body to basically shatter slowly and painfully, which upon thawing makes it nothing more than a pile of flesh soup. While he can do this instantaneously, he can also utilize it for torture. His evil incarnation absolutely relishes the chance to use this, and will use it on anyone he deems too powerful to toy with, a judgement he never gets risky with, which is why he is so dangerous. His good incarnations don't all have this ability, or at least they don't know about it yet, but if they were ever to use it, it would either be against a foe too powerful or evil to keep alive, or it would be to torture someone that would refuse vital information otherwise. Evil Shike is the only one that can do it without feeling horribly sick and guilty afterward, though.
    Shike has another skill that is actually natural talent brought about by practicing his "bending", this talent being weapons. Some weapons, such as nunchucks and scythes, he isn't so proficient with, but staffs, swords, shields, knives, guns, and even war vehicles (not counting helicopters, which he could only fly enough to make it through an emergency) are all things he is very proficient with. One of his favorite swords is Tarnish, a katana with a blade the color of tarnished silver. The blade was infused with a special chemical during its forging that made it far more durable, but due to the maker deciding to experiment, he infused it with much more than the usual amount, staining the blade its current color. This is what gave it its interesting quality. The blade grows dull over time if unused, until it is no sharper than a butter knife if that, but it gets sharper with every strike made, until it is sharp enough to even cut diamond. In some cases, Shike does not have magical powers, in which case his weapons skills are slightly different, but still relatively the same if not better, especially since he relies on them more often.
    Shike also wears a trademark blue longcoat that is absolutely loaded with pockets on the inside. The coat can carry items in these pockets without increasing in weight, and sometimes, when Shike isn't filling them with essential items that he can't fit in a backpack or something, he fills them with metal throwing cards (they do exist) that double as makeshift armor, which can be used offensively if need be. In some incarnations, this coat actually DOES increase in weight with each item place in it just like any other coat, making the steel throwing cards give another advantage: he "increases" in speed and stamina with each card used. The coat's name is Majere, meaning Master in an as-of-yet unknown language.
    One last trademark is his blue jeans and black snow boots. You could say his entire outfit, save for his shirt, is a trademark in itself.

    Other Skills: Very musically talented, can play nearly any instrument masterfully, prefers woodwinds, brass, or keyboards. Also very talented with wordplay, something he enjoys very much.

    Fighting Style: Shike uses a custom style that was self-taught and enhanced over time, with many parts of it being based on various fighting styles he had observed back when his own was still new. There is a particular one he invented for swordplay that he called "the Tooth and Claw technique". Requiring a blade in one hand and a hook or hook-like object in the other, the technique involves using the hook to defend or to move the enemy's defenses out of the way, then striking with the blade. He actually has a sword and scabbard combo that he likes to call the Dragon Sword, with the sword itself being the Dragon Tooth, and the scabbard being the Dragon Claw. The scabbard has a hook shape on the bottom, and the top is perfectly shaped for good gripping, so he uses the scabbard for blocking or using as a hook while using the sword for its usual purposes. He has been thinking about requesting a blacksmith to make him a copy of the scabbard with a sharpened hook instead of the blunt one he currently has, so he can also weaponize the hook if he needs/wants to, if for no other reason than to hang on to any sort of large beast he may be hunting or chasing (in the case that the beast is either airborne or trying to run away).
    When he is able to use his magic, his fighting style was designed for the purpose of keeping him alive at all costs. After he achieved this level of skill and power, he began modifying it so he can use it to keep others alive as well, making for a very effective style that combines defense and offense into one move quite often.

    Relationships: Unknown relationship with Rembrandt Torres, aka DJ Streamline, a similarly-skilled elementalist who specializes in fire, electricity, and light. Father-figure and guardian of Katie, a homeless fox-girl he rescued from a vengeful butcher in an alley (FMA universe). Brother and/or best friend of the Mad Hatter himself (only his brother in the world of Wonderland, in which case his name is Avro Hatter instead of Shike, and he has a much more muscly build). Is also distantly related to one Gatsby Forsythe, one of a few financial sources Shike has. Not much is known about Gatsby except that Gatsby isn't his real name, but rather a name he took on in reference to the famous Great Gatsby when he obtained nearly limitless sums of money through some unknown means. It is also known that Gatsby is married to a beautiful young lady named Yuna.
    So far Shike only has one known enemy, that enemy being a scientist by the name of Joseph Patrick Blackburn.

    Other Weapons:
    Copycat: a sword that can channel any kind of magical or elemental energy and use it as a weapon.

    Armistice: a metal retractable bo staff similar to the one used by Robin in Teen Titans, but it contains various Dust Elements that allow it to act as a flamethrower and Dust rocket launcher. Can retract to a little under a foot in length, or extend up to ten feet. It can also be used to channel Ice energy to make it the handle of an icy melee weapon, whether it be a mace, sword, halberd, or something else to that effect.

    Gemini Gloves: a pair of leather gauntlets containing crystals of Ice Dust that give him his ice powers (RWBY universe only)

    Alchemical Gauntlets: a pair of leather steel-plated gauntlets similar to the Gemini Gloves, but instead have a transmutation circle on every armor plate, allowing the wearer to transmute nearly anything just by touching it (FMA only)

    Deer Horn Knives: a pair of normal deer horn knives

    Twin Bowie Knives: two identical bowie knives that are only different in size (one is twice the size of the other)

    Pyras: a flame-throwing battle axe

    Gravesword: a two-handed broadsword with a sawblade-like comb on one side instead of a straight edge, allowing for increased lethality and intimidation

    Lethe: a special dagger meant for assassinations, originally designed for a mysterious being known only as Memory.

    Agony: another special dagger with salt in the blade's metal, it's designed to cause extra pain for even minor wounds. Used to intimidate and torture, or in very rare cases, kill from pain alone. Isn't more intimidating than a normal dagger until one has witnessed the pain it can cause.

    Phantom Organ: His only musical weapon so far, Shike's favorite instrument is the Pipe Organ, and he uses that favoritism to great advantage. As a hidden defense mechanism for his mansion, he has a pipe organ with a large transmutation circle on its pipes (runes or other magical markings if not in the FMA universe) that turn the organ into a weapon. When he plays it, the magic begins, and he is able to project the music he plays into any room(s) he wishes, and can also make anyone within hearing range see things that aren't really there. He knows some of the most impactful organ songs in existence, his favorites being "Phantom of the Opera" and "Kill God" because of the powerful intimidation they hold within their notes. He uses the emotion contained within to make his target(s) experience absolute horror, enough to scare them far, far from his mansion. Only using this method of defense as a last resort, its use reveals his darkest side and the various things his mind can think up, things which most if not all that know him would be baffled to find out about. You could say he is actually playing your mind rather than a musical instrument. If he plays this with you as his target and he shows no mercy, he wants you to GET OUT NOW OR DIE.
    Shike has actually played it on other occasions. The organ's nature allows him to add other instruments to the sounds it makes, so he could make people, himself included, hear entire orchestras even though he is only playing the organ's part of the song, as long as the organ's magic is activated. He will sometimes do this to show off or to pass the time in a rather epic manner. It's sort of like his way of putting on a show, and it's a heck of a show to see when he includes matching images. It's only when he does this without any warning that you know you're in trouble.

    Red Handheld Flame Lantern: A unique lantern given to him by a mysterious old man who was known to use it to guide lost people home. It doesn't seem to require any oil or extra wick to remain lit, and the light it provides radiates warmth, both physical and emotional. Can be used to melt things, light things on fire, or guide the user(s) through dark places. The original owner was said to have used it as a weapon of self-defense by manipulating the flame, but it is currently unknown whether that is something accessible to others besides himself, or if he was the only one capable.
