    The barkeep is a polish immigrant living in London. He was an early friend of Dominic Sutton; the man who was charged by The queen of England to start an underground organization of unusually skilled people to keep the country from collapse. When Dominic asked him to help as a founding presence, he accepted on the one stipulation that once the organization was founded, he be allowed to run things from the background, leaving the main field to Dominic. Since then, he has run the pub located in the Scientific Street Toughs main base.
