    Weapons and Armor
    Bladed buckler: Nanase carries a small buckler shield, with broadhead-arrow-shaped spikes spaced out along the edge. These spikes are designed to cause heavy tissue damage on the way in, and even more on the way out.
    Shield gauntlet: Nanase wears on her left hand a fingerless leather glove with a sophisticated locking mechanism on the wrist. She can lock her buckler into this mechanism in order to put it on in a hurry, if she doesn't have time to strap the shield on, and also carries the advantage of letting her unlock and disengage from the shield quickly if needed (e.g. if her shield spikes are stuck in a ligament).
    Ridged gauntlet: On her right hand Nanase wears a fingerless leather glove with steel ridges on the knuckles made for delivering greater pinpoint force per punch.
    Spiked pauldron: On her left shoulder and upper arm, Nanase wears a light leather pauldron, with defensive spikes on it.
    Spike sleeve: Nanase's right forearm is covered by a supple leather sleeve with strategically-spaced sharp spikes made to give her an edge when it comes to grappling.

    Abilities
    Claws and teeth: The natural weapons of the lioness. Wholly mundane, but lionesses are more than capable of tearing out an adult furre's throat.
    Heightened senses: A lioness's senses of hearing and sight are incredibly acute.
    Brawling: Nanase is an experienced pugilist, trained in a number of striking disciplines.
    Berserking: Nanase can withstand far more punishment than most furres, fighting on even when her wounds should prevent her from doing so.
    Dreamwalking: The Young family's hallmark, a dreamwalker is able to enter and experience the dreams of others, and can even affect their outcome. A dreamwalker can bring another into a dream with them by acting as medium between the worlds.
