  --Xu is not naturally a Wukong Idol. Those perceptive to unnatural mutations in mortals will be aware of this. Otherwise, Xu shen is just your average Monkey king mimic He will gloat about the untold power and speed of such a thing, but don't believe him! He's a trickster, and is not actually the Sun Wukong.
  
  -With that said, He is incredibly fast.
  
  
  --What Xu lacks in strength and defense he makes up for with speed; relying on being fast on his feet, light, and agile to avoid being hit. He can be extremely hard to catch or hit.
  
  -- Xu is trained in Hand-to-Hand combat,[Despite having one arm] and combat with staves or pole arms. He has a distinct disadvantage against heavy weaponry or heavy armor as he does not wear armor himself, nor does he fight with blades.
  
  With that said, He is a lover, not a fighter! He will not fight to harm or kill, but he will accept friendly sparring matches. But if too much damage is done, he will back out for self preservation.
  
  
  
  
  
  
  Sun Wukong, also known as the Monkey King, is a main character in the classical Chinese epic novel Journey to the West written by Wu Cheng'en. In the novel, he is a monkey born from a stone who acquires supernatural powers through Taoist practices. After rebelling against heaven and being imprisoned under a mountain by the Buddha, he later accompanies the monk Xuanzang on a journey to retrieve Buddhist sutras from India.
  
  Sun Wukong possesses an immense amount of strength; he is able to lift his 13,500 jīn (8,100 kg or 17,881 lbs) staff with ease. He is also superbly fast, able to travel 108,000 li (54,000 kilometers or 33,554 mi) in one somersault. Sun knows 72 transformations, which allows him to transform into various animals and objects; he has trouble, however, transforming into other people, because he is unable to complete the transformation of his tail. He is a skilled fighter, capable of holding his own against the best generals of heaven. Each of his hairs possesses magical properties, and is capable of transforming either into a clone of the Monkey King himself, or various weapons, animals, and other objects. He also knows spells that can command wind, part water, conjure protective circles against demons, and freeze humans, demons, and gods alike.
  
  While Xu Shen is not this all-powerful Monkey king, he is fragmented Idol of such. A personification of the Sun Wukong meant to be brought alive and worshiped by followers. He does not possess God-killing abilities or unbelievable power, but he does possess vast amounts of speed. Nothing like the Sun Wukong himself, but certainly formidable.
  
  Xu Shen also sports increased strength, but this is forced null by the lack of his second arm. Giving him the full strength of a two armed person, but nothing more.
  
  One skill that is completely in common between Xu Shen and the Sun Wukong is the ability to travel by cloud. Don't ask Xu how he does it, he's not exactly sure himself, Nor has he mastered the ability yet. This has lead to multiple near-death drops from the sky.
