• Description

  The High Priestess Lady Vaeloria Firespeaker was a Nordic Witch and practitioner of the Wiccan faith. "Respect to all, and harm ye none" was her way. Always peaceful and loving as a rule, she was also a warrior and would fight when necessary. Her eyes were seemingly bottomless pools of shimmering jade green and warm brown. One look into them and she could mesmerize you at will- though it was against her creed to use her abilities to control the will of another. Her magickal element was that of fire, and she could call it at will to either warm herself or to wield in battle. At her side she wore a sword which bore engravings in nordic runes saying "Strength", "Wisdom", and "Honor". The hilt was well-worn and fit her hand perfectly. She followed the Goddess Freyja- Patroness of Fallen Warriors, Love, and Sex Magick.

• Biography

  Vaeloria had been born high in the mountains of the Northlands. When she had been a very young girl, her farm had been burned to the ground by raiders. Her Mother, Father, and brothers had all been killed in the attack. She remembered little of her life before the incident, and had wandered aimlessly until she had been found by a secret Coven. They kept her well and trained her in the Craft until she was eighteen. The night before her full initiation as a High Priestess of the order, an army sent by the neighboring king wiped out everything she had come to hold dear. In the blaze that followed, she had been trapped in the cave where she was holding vigil. That night, the Goddess Frejya came to her in a dream and granted her magickal powers over the element of fire- which had now destroyed her home twice. She then took up the mantle of High Priestess, forged herself sword and went into the world. She seemed to wander endlessly, coming and going like the winds.
