• Description

  Doctor Otro at first glance appears to be humorless, overly critical, and devoid of any real emotions beyond a vague distaste for anything that isn't contained within a petri dish.
  
  Which is far from the truth, beneath his cold, alien and cybernetic exterior Doctor Otro is almost too awkward to function. His monotonic voice and sarcastic wit serves as a mask for his poor social skills and extreme nerdiness.
  
  He is of a proud race of intellects, whose lack of hubris gave him the physical deformities he now holds. Most of his body is a hodgepodge of cybernetic implants, or a strange life support system that leaves portions of his internal organs exposed.
  
  His life-blood is comprised of a brightly glowing neon fluid.

• Biography

  Dr. Otro often finds himself working not with official interstellar travelers, but with wayward vagabonds and ragtag crews. His upbringing and schooling have outfitted him for a much more refined lifestyle, but the company he tends to keep is anything but.
  
  There seems to be something keeping him from tailing the more prestigious crews who explore the galaxy.
