• Description

  Powerful, arrogant filled steps would be taken from this brute of a human. Standing at seven foot, dressed in the the finest of garbs, it was easy to tell this muscular male came from a noble bloodline. Black hair cut short complimented his powerful jawline and perpetually emotionless face. Bandages would be worn over his eye's, easily marking him as a blind man. Red and black tunic hugged upper torso as black leather pants held tightly to legs. Black riding boots would pull the entire ensemble together. Sheathed sword held to hip as crossbow held to back. This man held a dark past, easy for any to see, though what the past was, secrets best kept to ones self.

• Biography

  Born into a royal bloodline, Krieg was raised as a prince for the first seven years of his life, instilling into his mentality that he was one who deserved the finer things. Though young, he found himself wanting so much more than his father and mother offered him, causing him to begin stealing from his parents, older siblings, noble families, what he wanted, he took and had very little remorse for his actions. His father caught wind of his youngest sons thieving ways and brought swift punishment when he was six years of age, beating Krieg so severely, Krieg was unable to sit for a week, his bottom so bruised and tender from his fathers beating. Feeling angered by the disrespect, young Krieg began stealing items and than leaving the castle, wandering the town of the common folk, finding a place to hide everything he stole, weeks would pass and Krieg would start to notice the disarray of the common folk, the poverty, the struggle they went through to make mince meat. Sickness stuck in young Kriegs belly as he saw how the common folk suffered and the rich thrived and had little care for anyone but themselves. Soon, young Prince Krieg would begin secretly giving his stolen goods to the common folk, giving them coins, jewels, fine furs, any and everything he could to make there lives easier. Months would pass of young Krieg doing this, stealing from the nobles and giving to the commoners, and once again, his father would catch wind and deliver another punishment, this one three times worst than the first, broken arm, bottom so raw and tender, Krieg winced in pain when he slid on even his pants.
  
  
  Fed up with the ways of his family and the ways of the Kingdom, Krieg would wait for nightfall and make his escape, travelling through the catacombs under the city before he was outside the castle walls and soon out of the town altogether, coming out before the forest that many feared for it was inhabited by a group of Bandits known as the Twin Crescents. Young Krieg would stand before the forest, staring to it for what seemed like hours before courage was finally worked up, into the forest the child would wander. He wandered the forest for days and nights, finding fruits to eat and streams to drink from. One night while the boy slept under a tree, sounds of predatory creatures began to move through the brush all around the sleeping child who had little clue that in a matter of moments, a wolf pack would be upon him, ready to devour him completely. As the wolves came into the clearing where the boy slept, howls would be shot to the moon, causing the child to awaken to the sight of seven pitch black wolves, fear rising in him as he knew this was it. As the first wolf moved close and got ready to end the childs life, a loud roar would echo through the woods, in a flash, a large brown bear would be upon the pack, one swipe to the largest of the wolves would shatter its skull. The bear would slaughter the rest of the pack before it turned and set its side on the young Krieg who was to paralyzed with fear to move. Eye's would close tightly as the child once again felt deaths icy chill creeping over his body. The bears warm breath was felt on his face, the child knew, this was it. But shock and surprise came on the child's face as a loud plopping sound would be heard, causing his eye's to slowly open. What did the young Krieg see you ask? The giant, ferocious grizzly had plopped down right next to him!! The bear brought its paw out and grabbed Krieg ever so gently, pulling the child to her. Instantly, unknown to him why, but fear fleeted from him and a sense of warmth and security over took the child, the bear laid her head gently on the boy and held him close to her, keeping him warm and safe through the night.
  
  When Krieg awoke the next morning, anxiety and fear took grip, the bear was nowhere in sight, his protector and savior was gone, or so he thought. He would continue walking through the forest before he felt a gentle prod on his back, spinning around quickly, hands tightened to fists, he saw the bear behind him, arms wrapping around the bears neck in a excited hug. Krieg would name the bear Guardian, because to him, that's just what this bear was, his friend, his protector, his guardian angel. Krieg and Guardian would wander through the forest for a year, having nothing or no one but each other. In this time, Krieg had fastened himself a spear with a stone tip, which he would use to hunt deer, if Guardian didn't get to them first! In this time, Krieg had learned how to build fire, find his way by the moss growing on trees and rocks, learned to hunt, climb trees, yes, he became quite the little mountain man in this time. One afternoon as Krieg and Guardian wandered, Krieg would see smoke rising to the sky, causing him to wonder just where it was coming from. He would tell Guardian to wait for him and slowly, the child began to make his way to the smoke, surprise upon him when he saw a camp full of fierce looking men! Every man was armed to the teeth with axes, swords, bows, crossbows, spears, daggers, he was rather enthralled as he watched the men train and spar, he had not ever seen men like this in his life! All of them largely built brutes, not at all like the men in the kingdom! Every man bore scars to show they were battle hardened, every man looked like they would be able to stand against ten royal knights by themselves! It was a sight for the boy to see! Just as he ripped his gaze away and started back, he felt Guardian nudge his back, causing him to turn around.
  
  
  He started to walk away before he heard shouting coming from the men, every single man had weapons ready. They spotted Guardian! The men charged the bear, weapons ready to swing, the bear rose on two legs ready to defend itself and the child. Krieg, not knowing what else to do, got in the middle of the whole mess, just in time for a bolt from a crossbow to slam into his shoulder. He shouted at the men to stop, begged, pleaded, and to his surprise, the men listened. Threat out of sight, the bear even calmed, looking to Krieg's wound and letting out a small whine as it began to lick at his wound. The men moved towards the child, using calming tones to the bear, and eventually were able to bring the child, with bear right behind them, into the encampment where they offered medical treatment, food, and water. Krieg was soon brought before an older man in his late fifties who introduced himself as the leader of the Twin Crescents, fear came over the boy, these were the bandits!! Though to his surprise, the man offered him the chance to live with them, train with them, and just as Krieg was about to refuse, he said that the bear could live there as well. So, Krieg accepted the offer. Two years would pass and Krieg would grow adept in all forms of the weaponry, though his favorite weapons were sword and crossbow. Another lost child would wander into the bandit camp in, a girl only a few years younger than him, her name was Twrixi. Instantly smitten, Krieg offered to help train her, causing all the men to laugh at the young boy, knowing full well why he made the offer! More years would go by and the two children would grow stronger, faster, and closer as friends. Twrixi was Kriegs second best friend, his first, of course Guardian who was getting up there in years.
  
  
  At the age of sixteen, Krieg awoke one day and left his tent to see sad faces on all of the men, causing him to grow curious. The leader of the Crescents came to him and told him the horrible news.... Guardian never woke from her sleep. Two weeks would go by, Krieg had not left his tent, he barely ate, barely slept, sorrow having a tight grip upon him, and only was it because of Twrixi was he able to overcome it. He came out of his tent to find the bandits had done for him, the one thing he would of done himself, they had saved Guardians fur for him, sewed it inside of a cloak so he would always have his friend close. He donned the cloak and removed it only when he slept. More years passed and soon, Krieg would tower over all the others, standing a seven two, muscle stacked on muscle, he was the ideal warrior, fighter, and all the Bandits respected him wholeheartedly. The Bandit leader realized he was getting to old to lead the men, so he would have a tournament take place, the new leader would be the best fighter of the bandit clan. Seven grueling fights and finally, the tournament was over. The new leader, Krieg! The tale of the Bandit leader continues, though....
