• About The Man

  

  
  William is a very prim and proper man.
  He is quite conservative, and while he has tried to follow the times, then he will often be caught using outdated references, and not understanding a lot of modern things. Even if he is very careful, he will sometimes reference his times in both world wars on accident, but he will quickly chalk it up to him joking.
  He doesn't socialise a lot with people, even if he is very polite when he does talk to people. He tries to not get very close to other people, but he is always very helpful and kind, if someone is in need. He only really cares for people when he is in a job-related situation, have taught himself to shut down at other times, because getting involved with others seem too difficult to be worth the hassle.
  William is extremely punctual, prefers tea over coffee, cats over dogs, and walking over pretty much any other mode of transportation. He is usually found in his apartment, or in small cafes of whatever town he is in, reading heavy medical books or news papers. Medicine is the only thing he is properly up to date on.
  
  

  

• About His Powers

  William pretty much has the power over life and death, which is not as great as it sounds.
  When bringing someone back to life, he will experience the pain of whatever killed them, in the same intensity as they felt, but compacted to a much shorter span of time.
  When putting someone to sleep, he will experience an incredible high, as if all the happiness that was left in that person's life got put into him, but again it's compacted to a much shorter span of time.
  He has to physically touch whoever he is trying to either bring back to life, or put to sleep.
  He cannot heal people, he can only remove to cause of death.
  
  He has skeletal hands, which work just fine, despite having nothing to hold them together. He can, at any time, detach any part of his hand or fingers, and he will be aware of where it is, no matter how far it is. If he detaches his entire hand, he can still move it around, but only if it's within a few feet of him.
  
  He also doesn't age, but can get hurt and can be killed like any normal person.
