  • Personality: Rhey, like other Daleks, has little to no individual personality. Hatred, anger, and (rarely) fear seem to be Rhey's only emotions.

  Rhey was a commander in the Time War and one of the lucky few to make it out alive. Afterwards, Rhey was almost promoted by the Dalek Emperor to be the fifth member of the Cult of Skaro after the Time War, but the decision was revoked. Caan was considered to be more successful, and so Rhey was placed in one of many normal units. However, it retained its cleverness and consciousness, including its self-given name. Rhey hates humans and Time Lords alike, and will stop at nothing to destroy them.
