  Chessy Hunter owns his own little shop, where he sells classy top-hats and other hats. He is very fond of his little hat-shop. It's called 'Kingsley Hatters'. A lot of people might wonder perhaps, why the shop is called Kingsley when the owner of the shop is called Hunter. So far, no clear answer has been given to anyone. But the name does mean a lot to Chessy.
  
  Chessy is very fond of hats. He finds them fascinating and just loves them. There's no real explanation as to why he loves them so much, he just does.
  
  He is a mysterious guy, who has not always lived in the city, but one day the shop popped up. A lot of people have seen him, though he's often busy. They describe him as strange, energetic, talks in riddles sometimes, mentions places or names they've never heard before, talks weirdly, is oddly polite and tends to disappear before they can ask him anything. His jokes doesn't always make sense either.
  
  Did I mention that Chessy has the ability to turn into a cat with neon-blue stripes, and also has the ability to become invisible? Sometimes leaving only a smile and his eyes floating in the air..

When people ask him about it, which they rarely do for some reason, he tends to avoid answering or changes the subject. That often leads people to suspect that he's some sort of criminal or has a dangerous or bad past. That is not correct, but Chessy finds it better to keep people in the dark.
