Raven

An independent witch with her nose in a book, Raven’s intelligence is unmatched and her magical capability is beyond her years. Determination to succeed colors every interaction Raven has, and she cares deeply for the people within the witch-ruled village in the woods. She is friendly by nature, consistently putting the needs of others before her own. Her friendships are long-lasting, where she often acts as the voice of reason or the peacekeeper.

The adopted daughter of Her Ladyship, Raven feels pressured to excel in order to earn the citizens' respect. She is prone to overworking and often lets her emotions rule her decisions. Growing up in a sheltered environment, she may act naively at times. Raven is also critical of her role in the lives of others, unjustly blaming herself for the misfortunes of her peers.

☾Alchemy☽
One of Raven’s favorite hobbies, she is a novice alchemist. She can reliably create health potions from memory, and can follow complex recipes with clear instructions. However, experimentation with ingredients leads to mixed results.

☾Fire Weakness☽
As with all witches, fire is extremely deadly to Raven. If burned, her body will char and crumble into ash. Instead, she creates blue flames using magic. Each witch’s flame color is unique to them. Magic fire is not as hot as the average flame.

☾Magic☽
Raven dabbles in a variety of magical studies, specializing in the elements. To cast a spell, she harnesses the natural energy around her and is able to maintain a stream of elemental magic without tiring. If required to use magic outside of her expertise, she is capable – at the cost of her energy. Pushing past the point of exhaustion will leave her vulnerable.

☾Ghostly Connection☽
Raven shares a body with another soul, Crow. The ghost communicates with her internally, while she self-consciously responds out loud. Their decisions are collaborative, Crow being the harsher of the two. Crow can exit her body, but only for a limited time. If necessary, Crow can also act as the host body.
