• Description

  He appears to be a male Human Warrior. He wears a combination of Black Chainmail and Scalemail on his chest and back, black scalemail gauntlets on his arms and hands, and black leather boots and greaves on his legs and feet. He carries a variety of swords and blades with him, as well as a large black metal shield on his back. He has shoulder length pale blond hair, dark blue eyes and tanned skin. generally quiet
  and reserved he seems to be on some sort of mission. Will you get close enough for Him to tell you?

  Childhood & Adolesence: His early life was a blur. He had no memory of anything before waking up on the shore of a coastal village. This viallge was inhabited by a great race of Undines (A type of sea based Fey.) he had no memory of how he ended up there, no memory of his name. He was named Eyuri, which translated into one who has lost their way. As he grew, he helped around the village, eventually being trained to hunt and then to fight as a warrior. His biggest achievement was when, at the age of seventeen, He struck the killing blow on an Ebonscale Sark, a vicious, monstrous hunter that preyed in the depths of the ocean by their village. In celebration of this achievement, a few of the village's best craftsmen got together and turned the scales of this massive beast, which rivaled Iron for toughness and durability, into various pieces of armor. The scales of the beast were interwoven with black iron found from the volcanic cliffs of the nearby mountain, and turned into a combination scale mail/chainmail vest, made a bit on the big side so the boy could grow into it. He also had gauntlets fashions from the scales, and a pair of boots and greaves also made for him. Donning his new armor, he ventured towards the volcanic cliffs, he gathered some more of that black iron, and a large quantity of and Obsidian type material named Vespar's Tear, Vespar being one of the three cheif deities of the villagers. This volcanic stone was as sharp and tough as diamond and required and extremely skilled craftsman to work with. He knew one such person and brought it to her, asking her to forge a sword, two daggers and a hunting knife out of the samples of rock he brought her. She happily did so, and upon there completion he would have to test their usefulness. Later that night, the village was attacked by slavers looking to make some good coin from Undine slaves. Eyuri was a good warrior, and cut down as many as he could, but there were just too many. He decided to flee upon seeing the village set ablaze. on his way out of the village, he found his mentor's shield, a large disc made of that same volcanic rock, which he now carries with him on his back.
  
  Post-Village attack: he travelled a lot after fleeing the village, picking up odd jobs here and there earning coin and keeping food in his belly. He eventually made it Elysium's Capital, Kazzad Therym, which in the language of Medea, means Shinning Jewel. He found there was a huge Coliseum there and decided to hone his skills as a warrior and joined the gladiatorial combat school. His abilities were enhanced further by a very competent Dottore (Master in one of The Elsyian dialects) He improved greatly and proved to be an adept disciple. He had a few low ranked fights first and won them easily. He started gaining noteriaty and eventually caught the eye of the Princess, Annatette. He fought more and more well known opponents, winning all the fights he was placed in. Eventually, Annatette took enough of an interest in the fighter, she decided to make him one her Royal Guard. Upon passing multiple inspections at the Palace, he was given Royal weapons training, that is to say, taugt the skills nobles and royalty would learn, several new stances and techniques. He proved very intelligent as well, and showed an aptitude for the arcane arts. He was given magical training, mostly defensive and combat based elemental magick (Spell list to come later) Although His healing abilities are currently limited, so he's looking for someone to teach him healing spells.
  
  Post-Gladiatorial: He served Annatette for the next four years (Aged 22) Until she ascended to throne, gaining the nickname The Dark Queen, due to her sometimes sour and dark moods and her unpredictability. Eyuri has grown to develop an almost divine reverence for his Queen, who has also become somewhat of a lover to him, though she's given him free reign to bed whomever he wishes, as she does the same. A couple of years later (Aged 24) The protective barrier that kept the Nation Elysium shrouded from the rest of the world mysteriously vanished. Panic ensued and the Queen sent several explorers to various lands and to parts of the kingdom to find out what the cause was and how to fix it. The Queen' scholars had heard a rumor of another land appearing and decided to send her most trusted Knight to that continent to gather all the knowledge he could of said area, and possibly learn the method of fixing the barrier.
  
  Furc Arrival: Eyuri's ship crashed off the shores of a Slave House (The Golden Tether) Since his arrival in Furcadia, He's explored a bit, made some new friends and has generally found a place to sleep and relax (The Kinky Kitty) What adventures await him in this strange new land?
  
  Base of Operations Established: Eyuri has been here for some time, and has set up an almost permanent base of operations in a mostly vacant brothel, he uses a few of the abandoned rooms there for his studies, resting and training. He constantly visits a mountainside retreat for companionship and relaxation, and has established a good rapport with several vendors, along with taking several mercenary style jobs to keep his coffers full. He's learned much since arriving her, has made several friends, a couple of rivals and even an enemy or two. But all in all, this endeavor is proving very educational.

    I have been resting this day. The weariness of the events the day before has caught up to me. I went to the bar for a short while I have made friends with a few of the local patrons, But in the coming days i mus venture out and learn more of this land. I need to learn more magic, possibly find more treasures, there have to be some sort of ruins around here. I will sleep now, and meditate in the morning and decide what i will do.

    Maiden's Tear:
    
    This was the First weapon Eyuri had made for him. It is a two handed blade, made of Obsidian like material. It Posses two beneficial qualities and No Drawbacks.
    
    Beneficial Qualities:
    
    Stronger than Diamond:
    
    The material used to create the blade is a substance native to that region of Elysium and is as sharp as high quality steel and is stronger than Diamond.
    
    Sentimental:
    
    This blade was crafted for him by his best friend who died in the raid on the village. As such, when he wields this weapon, he becomes filled with a new found hope and fervor pushing him to greater heights of combat prowess.
    
    
    Dragon's fang:
    
    This is a thin yet very sturdy black metal Rapier, found in a cave in the Plains of Rydiah on the Western Portion of Elysium. The hilt is of a very intricate design and has three red stones set into the guard. This weapon has Three beneficial Qualities, One Drawback and is Fire Attuned.
    
    Beneficial Qualities:
    
    Wreath of Flames:
    
    Upon Command, Eyuri can cause Dragon's Fang to became cloaked in Dragon's Fire, these flames do no harm to Eyuri, but can cause the wounds inflicted by the blade to blister and welt, almost instantaneously. Upon using this ability one of the gems in the guard will start glowing a fierce red. (Unlimited Use)
    
    Dragon's Fire:
    
    Upon Issuing a Different Command, Eyuri can cause Dragon's Fang to enter a pseudo-Awakened state and two of the gems will begin to glow. In this state, once Eyuri aims the Rapier's blade at an opponent he only need to speak the
    command word once more, to cause the blade to completely ignite and bellow out a large gout of flames to engulf his enemies. (Once a Day)
    
    Judgment by Flame:
    
    This weapon's Ultimate Technique. By issuing a string of words, The sword fully awakens and all three gems begin to glow. The sword, Eyuri and the very air around him seems to ignite. Using this ability, He raises the sword
    high into the air, traces a circle with the blade and then repeatedly thrusts several times towards his intended targets. Upon completion of this strange set of gestures, the very ground underneath his targets seems to glow and then explode upwards in a wall of white hot flames, that incinerate all within thirty feet of the detonation. (Once a Week)
    
    Drawback:
    
    The abilities this blade has draw on the strength of Eyuri, Overuse of them, Especially his Wreath of Flames, will tire him out, prolonged use will result in Eyuri fainting.
    
    Windslicer:
    
    This weapon is actually a pair of Daggers is made of Gleaming silver and features a set of brass knuckles in the hilt to allow Eyuri to deliver not only slashes and stabs with the weapon, but also melee strikes with his fists. Eyuri found these blades exploring the ruins of an ancient temple in the forest of Cairn, in the northern tip of
    Elysium. These blades posses two beneficial qualities and one drawback.
    
    Beneficial Qualities:
    
    Windslicer:
    
    Issuing a command word, Eyuri can use the blades to cut through the air with such force that the wind itself becomes a weapon. Doing this results in two vertical blades of wind slicing towards the target, and biting into the flesh,
    potentially cutting through them. (Unlimited Use)
    
    Gale of Blades:
    
    Unlocking the true secret of the blades, Eyuri Awakens them and they begin to absorb the air around them. Issuing a string of commands, Eyuri turns the daggers into a whirling dervish of death, With every slash delivered by the blades, he sends out more of those Windslicer blades, completely overwhelming his targets and cutting down
    all who stand in his path. (Once a Week)
    
    Drawback:
    
    Stamina Drain:
    
    Similar to Dragon's Fang, overuse of Windslicer's Abilities will lead Eyuri into Fatigue, exhaustion and eventually unconsciousness.
    
    Soul Drinker:
    
    This black bladed weapon is of the finest quality. It was given to Him by The Dark Queen Anatette upon
    accepting her quest. This blade is sentient, containing the soul of a Demon known as Ezriel. Sometimes the being talks to Eyuri, but mostly remains silent. This Blade Possess Four beneficial qualities, Three Drawbacks and One curse.
    
    Beneficial Qualities:
    
    Soul Bite:
    
    Issuing a command, the blade becomes cloaked in darkness. Every blow by this sword seems to drain at the very soul of his opponent, filling them with an increasing level of dread and unease.(Three Times a Day, lasting for Five Minutes, each use)
    
    Dark Harvest:
    
    Issuing a Second Command, the blade again glows black. He swings the blade in a wide slashing arc, striking his opponent, at the same time sending out an arcing blade of pure darkness to cut through any nearby enemies. (Twice a Day)
    
    Rapture:
    
    Issuing a String of Dark Words, Eyuri awakens Ezriel and allows the blade to direct his strikes. He delivers several powerful slashes and then engulfs his free hand in dark energy. Once a sufficient amount has been gathered he grabs his opponent on the face and lets out all that pent up energy, causing a point blank explosion that destroys most of the opponent. (Once a Day)
    
    Veil of Tartaros:
    
    Awakening the Truth of the Blade, Eyuri merges Temporarily with Ezriel and assumes the form of a demonic warrior. His strength, speed, agility, and durability are all increased. He grows black leathery wings and claws, and is able to use Soul Drinker as if it weighed nothing. Upon issuing a chant in Demonic, Eyuri can use all the demonic
    energy that the blade has infused him with and create an orb of pure darkness. He shapes this orb into a perfect sphere and when it is fully formed, He hurls it at his opponent. The collision results in an inferno of shadow energy that completely destroys anything it touches. Using this ability is extremely dangerous as the process may lead to a complete take over by Ezriel. (usable Once a Month)
    
    Drawbacks:
    
    -Soul Drinker:
    
    As it's name implies, draws strength from the souls of its victims. as such, it requires the wielder to kill constantly and keep its lust satiated. Failure to do this wil result in Ezriel mentally berating Eyuri.
    
    -Aura of Evil:
    
    This sword, is Evil, Eyuri might not be, the sword definitely puts of a strong Aura of Darkness. Holy warriors, knights, and good aligned priests can sense this aura, and this has caused numerous problems for Eyuri since he bgan this long journey to this new world.
    
    Demon Host:
    
    Ezriel is the spirit of a very powerful Demon that has been trapped in the blade of the weapon. As such, the weapon radiates a slight miasma of madness. this miasma only effects Eyuri and has begun to slowly eat away at him.
    
    Curse:
    
    The "Contradictory" Curse: This effect has been so named by Eyuri. There is a chance that if Eyuri goes too long without feeding Ezriel, he will induce a mindless blood lust fueled rage which will not abate until the blade's hunger has been completely satiated. This rage will cause Eyuri to attack friend and foe alike, and as such is very
    problematic. The counter to this curse is that, the less value the wielder of Soul Drinker places in human life, that is, the less he cares about anyone, the easier it is for him to resist this blood lust. Conversely, the more value Eyuri has for human life, the more he cares for others, the weaker his resolve is against the curse. this has lead him to name this curse, The Contradictory Curse.

    Ship sunk off the coast of some strange land this morning. I managed to get in the life boat before the ship went down and made it to the shore. There was a wooden dock, and a large building that looked extravagant, I saw many people come and go out of this building, so my curiosity piqued, I decided to head in. It was a Slave House! There are many such buildings in Elysium, especially in Kazzad Therym. Though the people here were vastly different than what i was used to. For the most part they all appeared to be bi-pedal humanoids, though they were all of different species of animals. I saw canines and felines, rabbits, naga, and foxes. I even saw a few dragons. It seems that humans are the minority in this strange new land. I drew some strange looks upon entering and decided to take my leave before people questioned me. I traveled for a few hours until I came to a drinking establishment, tired hungry and quite thirsty I ventured in and sat at the bar. To my relief and surprise I didn't receive any odd stares or malice for being a human. I ordered some food and a few glasses of fruit juice and quickly ate and drank my fill. I inquired about resting and was told there were rooms available. I thanked the friendly bartender and found one to my liking. I've decided to make this place my base of operations as it were in my mission in this land.
