• Description

  Harry is a 1m80 tall APEX cyborg dressed in full body armor and equiped with an infinity of weapons and equipement that he can create through APEX. He can change appearance if necessary and is absolutely neutral unless under some circumstances.
  He isn't a fan of killing or massive murder/genocide, but he often stays neutral and undisturbed when confronted to it, even when faced with the the universe's biggest horror.
  He is under the direct orders of Admiral Harry Malbec of the galactic empire, but he and his unit can be placed under the order of an other empire's officer if necessary.
  Strangely, he hates slavery and everything related to bending someone to your will.
  His unit's symbol is a black wolf logo on their armors as well as this symbol.
  
  Despite all of the work from the scientists to turn him into basically an obedient killing machine, some fragments of his old personality remains and sometimes strange...things happens.

• Biography

  Harry is a galactic empire special forces operative under the Omega program of the C.E.L.L. military nano-tech department, 50 years ago the galactic empire created a nano virus capable of transforming their operatives into super soldiers, when the test began, the virus didn't react as planned, it mutated into something else, assimilating the life forms it contaminates, including their knowledge, before things could go out of hand, the empire sealed and destroyed the facility, killing all remaining scientists and destroying the virus, but the project wasn't shut down, after several years of research on synthetic and organic "life forms", the scientists came with another idea, instead of using an artificial virus, they were going to use something natural and adapt it, shortly after they discovered the EX, an organic life form based on silicon, seeing the befenits for the project, the empire seized the EX homeworld, Trex, before starting experimenting on it, after decades of uncessfull tests, they finally managed to modify the EX, making it fully receptive to electric signal, and making it capable of assimilating metal, with the help of nano machines the scientist were able to create a new type of weapon, only available to the galactic empire special operatives : the APEX, a mutant branch of the EX, wich through electric signals, could take orders, different shapes or even act as a fully independant individual, after this discovery, the scientists managed to make APEX cells reacts like humans ones, and started implanting human consciousness into them using the "brainpal" project data on consciousness.
  
  They created soldiers that were so hard to kill that they were almost invicible, sure you can disable them for some time by shooting them, but the only way to fully kill one was to destroy each and every cell, since one of them would be sufficient to slowly regenerate the full soldier.
  
  So they started tranforming their own special operatives into those APEX cyborgs, creating a new special unit, and Cooper Harry Rosental was destined to be their leader, the divison is name the "APEX Strike team", counts more than 5 000 soldiers dispersed in the galaxy and being in stasis, with the 400 under the direct command of Cooper being the only one awakes, they are on stand-by at Alderalla, ready to intervene at any moment. The APEX also have access to all C.E.L.L. units, including the C.E.L.L. military, counting more than 60 000 soldiers in it's ranks, wich are perfectly human, they just have an upgraded equipment (sometimes even experimental), they are some sort of early intervention unit, wich is here to recon and recover different objectives or to launch preventive strikes on an enemy target. Despite being a few thousands, the APEX remains a military secret due to the fact that the majority of it members are kept in stasis in secret underground C.E.L.L. facilities, which are dispersed in the galaxy.
  
  The APEX is divided into multiples infantery groups, each one with their own armor :
  -The standard APEX infantery. (on the left), special forces with APEX body, they have a rather weak armor, energy shields and advanced sensors for their environment.
  -The APEX Delta Commando (on the right), disposing of enhanced reflexes and capacities as well as a better training to learn how to use them, they are extremely hard to suprise and to kill, especially in close quarter combat, they also have an heavy armor, heavy energy shields and advanced electromagnetic sensors as well as heavy experimental weapons such as the energy blaster, the plasma blaster, the GAUSS rifle and the MX-11X03 assault railgun.
  -The APEX Alpha Commando (full name : APEX Alpha Orbital Commando Assault Unit), this soldiers are only 40, 10 of them being in Harry's unit, they are the thoughest APEX units, they have inhuman capacities and reflexes, and are extremely quick despite having the heaviest armor and have extremely advanced sensors and shields, they also have the most powerfull weapons the Galactic Empire has, such as the sub-atomic dispersion rifle, the shockwave quantum emitter and the WMD (or WoMD, Weapons of Mass Destruction) infantery launcher.
  
  When the project turned him into an APEX, the empire destroyed all previous records of his life before wiping his memories (for yet unknwown reasons) to make sure nobody could know who he was, and still now, nobody as been ever able to find any informations on his past self.
