Kitty aka Vaporeon
Preferring to approach fights defensively at first, Kitty is a patient and curious sort. Willing to wait and investigate everything out, he has a very methodical approach to problems. Though fighting is sometimes the answer, he'll do so at his own pace, and Chris lets him. He doesn't travel in a pokeball either and doesn't have one. He's also very averse to Pokemon centers. He has been found to be jealous of other Water-type Pokemon that receive Chris's attention, even more so when those Pokemon are wild.

The 43rd Magikarp that Chris has saved from being eaten or served for meals by fishermen. She's a special case of Pokemon, and the only one that Chris carries with her. The others splash all day long at Chris's house or are stored in the Pokemon Box. She treats them so well, they'll likely never evolve.
