  • Profession: At one point, she was something of a bounty hunter, then a blacksmith - now she's as unemployed as they come

• Bit o' Background

  While it's not heavily advertised, it's not necessarily a secret either - Violet is a vampire. While she looks to be somewhere in her twenties, she's actually somewhere around 80 years old. Her vampiric blood gives her a great many strengths, though also forces a few phobias on her as well.
  
  Strengths:
  
  This should be a given - strength. While she looks like she shouldn't be able to throw a punch, Violet is stronger than the average person - and probably a great deal stronger than a strong person, as well. Again, it's not something she generally flaunts - but if she's in a panic or a fury, she tends to forget to reign it in.
  
  Breathing. As she's already dead, breathing isn't so much an issue for her. Makes underwater swimming a helluva lot easier, though.
  
  Endurance. Violet is extremely hard to kill- she can lose limbs and still hobble around like nothing happened (be it painfully)- and that's something that's made evident by all the scars that litter her body. She's grown to think of herself as near indestructible, and while she can be hurt easily enough, only drastic measures are enough to put her down permanently. (Beheading, fire, etc.) (As a sidenote, this same perk makes it ridiculously difficult for Violet to get drunk.)
  
  Shapeshifting. Something she inherited from her own sire - Violet has the ability to take on a variety of feral forms. While this isn't an ability she shows off often (mostly because it hurts and takes a bit of time to shift), it is something she can throw out when she wants to show off - or when she wants to be a pain in the ass.

  Weaknesses/Phobias:
  
  Sunlight. Pretty big given here - Violet and sunlight don't mix well. Any exposed flesh begins to develop burns pretty rapidly - within seconds she can end up with 3rd degree burns. If exposed for longer than a minute or two, there is the risk of combustion. She's developed a healthy fear of daylight as a result.
  
  Holy ground. While she's not likely to burst into flames for stepping into a church, it's extremely painful for her - and can, again, lead to severe damage if she doesn't leave snappy-like.
  
  Food Kind of an odd one, but Violet's body can't process actual food - she's never seen eating because doing so could make her incredibly sick for a few hours. The only sustenance she can ingest is blood - and, as she discovered years ago, most other forms of liquid, including wine.
  
  Feeding Another odd-one, but due to some... circumstances in her past, Violet has a very odd aversion to feeding on living things. As a result, she'll let herself go without feeding for weeks on end, only giving in to hunt when she knows she's on the verge of starvation (by starvation, I mean she'll waste away - she won't actually die. She'll grow so weak she won't be able to function properly), and even then she'll avoid anything on two legs.

• Descriptions

  Furre:
  Cold; femme has taken on a darker tone, discarding comfort for the sake of -being-. Once long hair has been sheared shockingly short, golden with black streaks. Emerald eyes were forever narrowed, a glimmer of violence just barely hidden beneath dark lashes. Ebony pelt splashed with snowy white, while freshly groomed and silken to the touch, was marred and ruined by the hundreds of scars that traced their way across limbs and body, a hint at just what the femme was capable of.. and what she could take. Torso was tightly bound in a pale corset, emerald colored silk lining the edges. Legs were clad in dark leather, sheared and shredded along the edges then relaced with ribbons. Feet were left bare.
  
  Dragon
  Sleek and eyecatching - ebony scales flowed over thickly muscled limbs and body, shot through and marbled with shades of pale grays and whites. Molten gold mane flowed from the top of her furred scalp, falling in thick waves across shoulders and chest and mimicked at tails end. Emerald eyes were gently narrowed within softly furred and scaled features - snout, scalp, throat, and ridiculously long ears were covered in downy ebony while cheeks were spotted with the protection of harder scales. The four-legged creature stood tall, towering over most all furres at about 7 feet tall on all fours - on hind legs she was a behemoth. She moved like a hunter, low, silent and deadly.
