  Ule has dull red eyes and long, silky white hair. She Is usually wearing a white, extremely frilly dress. She also wears metal cuffs that have large metal chains that she somehow incorporates into her outfit. She also has a ring with Ulexite (the gem which she was named after) in it, which she is never seen without.

  Ule wields her Raging Irons: two heavy chains that she whips around herself effortlessly, both attached at the wrist by cuffs that seem to have no way to be removed.
