  Valik was just a hatchling when his planet was burned to a crisp. His fathers and a bunch of other hatchling carriers sent out new hatchlings in pods to different planets. Some did not survive but the others did. Valik was raised by a race of aliens that was about 3000 miles away from his own galaxy. Since being old enough to travel the galaxy. He found out which alien race had destroyed his home world. He proceeded to investigate other planets and races that had been destroyed. He followed a pattern and knew which planets they would attack. Valik's species was very advanced in technology and he brought some of that technology around to other planets.
