• At a Glance...

  My heart is out of tune, Eyes the color of an oncoming storm met your gaze. Lips curled into a faint grin as if you'd started a game. The fox dressed his like it was his day off in pants that held snug and a shirt that hung loose, the look combining with his height for intentional dishevelment. When he ran his fingers through blue-black locks the stretched collar of his shirt moved enough to hint at a marking on his chest. The mark itself seemed to pulse with its own beat. Colors sounded louder and hearing turned brighter for a moment as the world skipped its own beat. His grin spread into a smile that broke into a laugh with a voice as smooth as liqueur. For an instant, his too plush tail swished as the crowd obscured him from sight. The fox was gone leaving a question behind. Just what game was he playing? But still it sings for you.
  
  The Mark
  Kichirou acquired his marking through means he has never disclosed, or perhaps he's already told the world. The story changes with each telling leaving the audience to guess truth from fiction. It's become a part of him now, a magic he barely understands. He knows it holds a connection with the winding paths of the multiverse. Sometimes he can coax it into allowing him to travel while other times it's no more mystical than a pair of socks. Whatever its original purpose, the mark is now a part of him, right down to coloring the fur of his pelt. His tales of its origin might waver but any suggestion of removing it is always met with skepticism and a quick change of topic.
  
  OOC/Hooks
  There's just the one rule, the golden rule. We might all look like text & sprites but there's people behind the screen. They should be treated like people, yourself very included. If something isn't to your liking then please let me know. The game's more fun when we treat each other with respect, isn't it?
  
  That said if you'd like to play and haven't got an idea of where to start, don't worry. We'll drum something up I'm sure. If it makes you feel better I've included a list of things that usually get Kichirou's attention on the first try, though for what comes after I make no promises.
  

  • Games of all sorts from small stakes to the truly risky. Sometimes he even plays fair.
  • He tends to ruffle feathers so it's no surprise a few people might want him bound & captured.
  • He has an unusual affinity for old books and stories, sometimes not getting into trouble for hours at a time.
  • He's known to buy and sell in trinkets that may have mystical origins, or they might be shonky shop knockoffs
  • The world is full of magical beings and Kichirou knows plenty about them as a means of survival. Sometimes he's been known to offer aid to those just coming into their powers though who can say what he gets in return.
