• Biography

  Teenage years rp
  Sorai is a seventeen year old who has a passion for ice skating. Ever since he was little he showed interest in ice skating and dancing. Because of his parents, he has soon taken lessons, he was a natural, with the age of 12 he already had a few trophies signed on his name. However before he started ice skating he enrolled in various dance studios since it was his mothers passion and she forced her lost dream on him. The boy didn't mind, he was teased by other children but enjoyed dance as much as ice skating.
  
  His parents try see a future for their son regarding ice skating, even though they'd be much happier if he'd persuade a "normal" career.
  The brunette tries to live up to his parents expectaitons; he is a very responsible young man, a straight A student and an ever better ice skater. However he is faced with a problem he can't address his parents with; to him, it was rather obvious - the way he walked, his interest in rather feminine stuff... He is gay. His parents are blinded, or just refuse to think of the possibilty that their son might not be straight. Sorai knows what his parents views are, they are rather narrowminded so he is very afraid they will find out. Regarding this problem he can't even talk about his other problems with them such as regular bullying at school.
  The only child also has insecurities because of it which are starting to take on his ice skating perforamnce; is he really going to be a failure in the eyes of his strict parents?

  While struggling to survive highschool and college, he was finally done; he was a man standing on his own feet. Even though his selfesteem was still beat up because of his prior years it didn't stop him from doing what he loved - ice skating. He was slowly but surely reaching the top, with a few throphies and medals on his name, he kept trying to become a professional ice skater. Only this time, he didn't have the motivation from his parents - once finding out about his sexuality both of them cut their only child off completely. Teenage years weren't really good for Sorai, and his family ending all his ties to him didn't help either, but he decided to keep pushing and dedicating himself to his passion - ice skating, and finding love.
