A very brief rundown of Samael's history
✠ Humanity is created, but is violent and chaotic.
✠ The Gods form the Divine Council of Oversight.
✠ The seven Archons are created, to aid in enforcing law and order. Samael is the youngest.
✠ Samael reveals himself to mortals.
✠ Their reality's version of the Knight Templar are founded, adopting Samael's colors and insignia.
✠ Samael falls in love with a human woman, a child is conceived.
✠ The Divine Council of Oversight discovers Samael has broken their code of ethics.
✠ The archon Uriel destroys an entire city in order to ensure the death of the woman carrying Samael's child.
✠ Samael goes mad with rage, turns against and attacks the council, and in the process steals the holy fire from the throne of Heaven.
✠ He flees, or is forced in to in to exile, for fear of his own life.
✠ Arrives in another reality - it's strange and alien to him.
✠ Is approached by a mysterious organization calling itself the 'SGC.'
