  • Weight: About 140 pounds
  • Complexion: Fair and freckled.
  • Hair: Long, wavy and fiery red.
  • Eyes: Green
  • Handedness: Left-handed
  • Personality: Calm, relaxed and nonchalant about a lot, but possesses a very short, violent temper.
  • Mannerisms: Rhy breathes pot smoke like it's air, drinks beer occasionally, and has cigarettes very rarely.
  • Likes: Weed, ganja, pot, Mary Jane, cannabis, the number 420, the color green, band shirts, and being right all the time.
  • Dislikes: Crowds, girly dudes and being proven wrong.

• Canon Blurb

  Rogan is a daddy's boy who believes that his father is the greatest influence in his life. He taught him how to use kindness to kill enemies, to be respectful to everyone's ideals, and most importantly to smoke weed everyday. His mother died with him next to her in her deathbed - just one example of his love and commitment to his family.
  
  He has deeply rooted principles and morals that he doesn't feel a need to justify, but would defend them fiercely if ever he had to. Not only a loyal family member, Rogan is also a patriot, believing in the purity of the city in which he was born. Unbeknownst to him (and the rest of his community), however, the government he so loves and trusts is cheating his city out of their own well being, and he holds one of the whistles.
  
  Unfortunately, one whistle isn't enough for the whole city to hear. After networking with independent city journalists and anarchists, Rogan eventually becomes a dissenter himself. Can he stop his world from the changes to come, or is change inevitable?

• Biography

  Born outside of the central city in an area nicknamed 'Bright Lake', Rogan was the son of a prominent crop farmer. His father grew marijuana and hired animals to help him maintain, paying them in food and earning the respect of the beasts who coexisted. He used his own product and believed it had spiritual properties, and had Rogan smoking the stuff by the time he got to middle school.
  
  (Cut to Rogan, age 13, accidentally getting his own teacher pregnant and then shortly after, said teacher mysteriously disappearing.)
  
  Was it the weed? Did Rogan have anything to do with his teacher disappearing? Maybe, but nobody here is pointing fingers. We're only telling you what we know. And no, we're not judging what happened. Life isn't sunshine and unicorns all the time.
  
  We know that our ginger friend is very friendly and loves to please people. He was one of the kids in school with the most friends and highest grades. He was writing music and learning to play instruments by ear, for Pete's sake. Very smart and likeable, if not always stoned.
  
  (Cut to high school. Rogan, age 18, dropping out of school to join a rock band with three city friends.)
  
  Okay, so maybe it is the weed. ....But we can't speculate. I mean, it's gotta be coincidence.
  
  That band of his was just lucky in how effing popular it managed to get. He worked alongside two gay guys and a tranny - not exactly common at home, but a welcome and refreshing change to a monotony that was probably eating at his psyche. Maybe the excitement of their lifestyles and their independence charmed him, but he would find himself less and less at home, with his dying mother, and more on the road, being exposed to... well, whoever likes rock bands. It felt like he'd stay on top for the rest of his life, like his band would be the kind who makes, like, comebacks, over and over and stuff, man. He was going to bring all that bread back home and give it to his family.
  
  (Cut to Rogan's band's frontman dropping dead and the guitarist ending up in the psych ward in the same day.)
  
  That there had NOTHING to do with Rogan... but he acted a little weird when, while watching the news that night, the adorably morbid reporter would follow the story with one about a body found that belonged to a... a teacher who went missing almost 12 years prior!
  
  We're not implying he did anything. We're just saying he acted a little weird.
  
  But, here we are now - post band and all. His mother died but he made sure to be there. He also found out she died because she gave birth to his sister, which was also kind of a bummer, but hey, he got a sister out of it. Only time will tell if he can be a better brother than he was a musician.

• Trivia/RP Notes

  • Rogan has a problem with looking at and talking to girls. He's tried to surround himself with males as much as he can, and only can socialize with female anthros or ferals... but he's heterosexual, we promise.
  • He is ALWAYS stoned. This stops him from killing people so just be glad. We mean the killing part as a joke, of course.
  • Even though you just read all of the above, you know none of it about Rogan unless you're a fan of his band and would know things a fan would know about someone, or you live/watch the news in a place called Amberwood, which would require your character's based on my canon. If curious, feel free to ask.
