Oh boy. Duke Corrigan – you know, the guy with dashing good looks and a killer smile. The same guy that you know you should stay the hell away from, because he is real big trouble, and has broken more hearts than you can imagine. Yes, Duke Corrigan seems to be that guy. That is because this boy pretty much has ‘troublemaker’ and 'heartbreaker' tattooed across his forehead and doesn’t he just know it but he somehow manages to get out of trouble almost every time, thanks to his compelling smile and floppy hair. Some people hate him for this, but he could not care any less since it is not his problem. Expressive and quick-witted, Duke represents two different personalities (one cold, another warm) in one body and you will never be sure which one you will face and therefore, people have a hard time trying to figure him out. Most of the time, he is not that bad, yet in the company of his twin the worst of him is brought out, and that's why people like to paint him as the bad guy – Living in a small town, where gossip is like a wildfire, doesn't help much either. The real kicker is that Duke is actually a nice, if not intelligent, guy underneath his bad boy reputation. After all, Duke is a boy who will do absolutely anything for those he cares about, and there are very few people whom he will deem unworthy of such care. He will be there for just about anyone who needs help, preferring to focus on fixing other peoples problems rather than his own. That way, he is a very compassionate guy, and it is not like he enjoys stringing a girl along, but it is usually something many people underestimate because they do not think there is more to the guy than his good looks and smarty mouth. Well on that note, Duke would rather use his energy for up to no good instead of good because we all know that being bad is much more fun. Duke is just a little bit twisted like that. Call him a jerk or something that is worse if you must, but he is always looking for new ways to keep his boredom at bay. The only person he actually responds to or holds himself back for, really, is his twin-brother, Dante Corrigan. You see, Dante and Duke were always close growing up, unlike their older brother, Dean Corrigan, who was the responsible boy out of the three in the Corrigan household. However, that didn't mean the twins didn't adore their older brother or vice versa, albeit it was usually Dean's job to clean up after their mess. Duke and Dante couldn't be more different, yet in other cases they're exactly the same. Most people would be surprised to find out that Duke is the player of the two (although Dante's widely known as the serial dater), however, he's much more discreet about it than his twin.
The twins were, and still are, troublesome boys who would give their parents grey hair before they reached their fifties. Their mischief always landed them in some sort of trouble, even today, and they were always up to no good. After all, people do not call them troublemakers for nothing and they rarely see one without the other, because where one goes, the other follows. Dante and Duke are after all each other’s rocks – they always have fun together and their interests differ enough that they’ve never had to compete for attention. Really, there is nothing these two could ever fall out over if you think about it, unless they fought over some girl which has never happened before. When the Corrigan twins (who goes by the duo name 'Double Trouble') combine forces to achieve a goal, they always achieve that goal. They are, after all, winners. Duke was always musical, just like his brothers. Always. It was in his blood. He learned to play piano first, guitar second. He could write music, sing, and play just about anything he got his hands on. Unlike his brothers, Duke prefers to focus on his vocals instead of rap even though he is able to do perform the latter if he wants to, but it’s just not his things. Besides this, he's a skilled dancer in such as hip-hop, street- and modern dance. When Duke’s not up to no good, he is usually seen in the school’s training facilities, dancing, singing or practising his butt off, where he can be for hours. No wonder, he and his friend, Rhys, hit it off so well, as they're both so passionate about honing their skills. Either way, Duke is not called 'the Golden Maknae' by his brothers for nothing; after all, he is the youngest of the Corrigan boys and he seems to be gifted with many talents. If he weren’t so into music and dance, he would spend his days taking photographs – he always dreamed of a career as a photographer, however, that was before he set his eyes on becoming a idol.
