I don't want to list a bunch of rules in an attempt to intimidate anyone or sound self-important, but this character and your characters who choose to interact with mine deserve a set of explanations to avoid any misinterpretations.

I will try my best to not create a scene uncomfortable whether it be bringing up someone's past, mind controlling another into an unwanted scenario or providing an easy solution for every problem brought to him. I enjoy combat roleplay, but I have no desire to be bogged down in arguing over who had what limb where several posts ago. A blend of fantasy grounded in realism works for combat, as does general interactions in the sense I expect thoughtful interactions from layered characters; in other words this character is not meant for persona play or encounters with characters who aren't going to engage in the push and pull of roleplay to cooperatively impress on each other and create meaningful interactions.

He is powerful to a degree, a psychic capable of various feats ranging from simple feats such as throwing a utensil across a room with his mind all the way to reading a person and even controlling another character. I do not, however, seek to wantonly take control of a scene and force everyone to accept such an overwhelming power. Given his nature, his code, he presently does not go out of his way to meddle with many people and is more confined to an observatory role unless forced into action through a code listed on his website. He does not seek to enter a scene and mind read everyone and I would never as a player seek to destroy a scene as such and while I recognize plenty of characters may have ways to block out more powerful feats such as mind control, to some degree he will almost always be able to read someone whether it be something as weak as a general perception of someone brought on by his powers or keen observational skills.

You as a player might want your character to hear of him, approach him and request help for a plot or such and he may or may not accept. I'm all for plots, the advancement of other characters through his powers whether it be him unlocking a past memory, using psychometric powers to read a grisly murder scene or the honing of others abilities. He's not the type of character to desire much in the way of conventional wealth or influence and as such he might require something more than simple coin to thrust him into action.
