    Note: Benny is pretty NPC heavy, as the tone and theme of this sort of character lends itself well to a more immersive, populated world. All NPCs are marked with a ➳ beside their names. They can be used as mutual connections with him and they are open for interpretation by any partner so long as the general meat and potatoes of their rather shallow character are kept in place.
