Special Abilities: She has the ability to influence the luck of a person, for good or for bad. She is able to wield some illusionary, fey, and bardic magics. She can commune with nature, and other small tricks. Knot magic or bells are her preferred method of manifestation.
Weaknesses: She is enthusiastically obnoxious and tends to drive people crazy, Iron burns her flesh. She is unable to lie directly, though she is a pro at finding loopholes to that.
Forms: She is able to be any size she'd like to be, from the size of a thimble to the size of a fairly petite human female. She can also choose when she can be seen or not, and by whom.

Noticeable Markings: She has a beauty mark just below her right eye. She has some almost tribal looking tattoos on her left arm and several piercings in both of her ears. She does not have any scars.
Personality:Curious, Enthusiastic, exuberant, conniving, puckish, She can be quite sweet, and even generous in her own way, but that can change on a dime, as she is also very self-serving, and like all fey, capable of being very dangerous. Mostly though, she just likes to have a good time by whatever means necessary. If she decides she likes you she can be a very good and loyal friend to have. She can be quite jealous if inspired to be.
Mannerisms: She will get into everything and has little understanding or respect for boundaries and personal space. She is curious about everything and asks a million questions at a time, She seems to have nearly endless energy, She does not understand human or societal customs or items at all, and is fascinated by them.
