Waking Nightmare
The bound can never be incapacitated or made unconscious from damage. No matter type, source, or how much damage they suffer, the Stranger will always force them to remain conscious. Plasm Healing
When a physical injury is acquired, the injury fills with a thick, white, mist-shedding substance that simply fills in as needed. After a few moments, the plasm bleeds away and leaves the bound bruised and sore, but probably not as badly injured as might've happened otherwise. If any debris or material is left over in the wound, such as a bullet or shrapnel, the plasm will swallow the object and attempt to drag it out. Heightened Autoimmunity
Because the bound's blood contains trace amounts of ectoplasm in it, the bound has a higher immunity to illness and poisons/toxins. In addition, any suffered disease will clear up. / Resurrection
As experiencing a physical manifestation is a rare treat to the Stranger, it's difficult for him to simply let his Bound go. If the Bound dies at any point, the Stranger will revive them the following sunrise or sunset. It is ill advised to resort to this, as it weakens the bond between the Bound and the Stranger and makes it easier for the Stranger to take total control of the body. In addition, the imbalance between life and death will cause Death to take the life of another person to take the place of the Bound that was meant to die. |
Ethereal Communication
The bound see, hear, and communicate with spirits regardless of language barriers. They do not get to pick and choose who they see. On the bright side, this provides them with plenty of fuel options. // Spirit Banishment
The bound can banish a spirit of lesser strength to the Geist back to the Underworld. Spirit Consumption
The bound can shred a spirit and eat its essence to regain health and power to use more abilities. To do so destroys the spirit at its core. A spirit experiences True Death, and fades into nothingness. One More Thing

Alteration
The bound fuses with the darkness of the Underworld, accepts it into its very soul, and experiences physical enhancements for it. The bound becomes more adept at stealth, and may even use its shadowy form to slip through and around physical attacks. It has been rumored that the bound may step through shadows themselves, though it is impossible for the mortal eye to watch. The bound's flesh may transform into pure darkness, and shift between corporeal and incorporeal forms on a whim. //// ///// ////// ///// ///// Rage
When channeling The Rage, the bound becomes a vessel of emotional and mental trauma. With heightened intimidation factors, the bound wraps itself into the victim's greatest fears and devastates the targets mind. The bound focuses on the victim's thoughts about their own mortality, leeching away willpower until there is nothing left. Marionette
By forging an emotional link between the bound and a nearby living being, the bound can gain otherwise unobtainable knowledge over the person's character. Using these insights the bound may create an emotional response within its victim for a lengthy period of time. On the flip side, the bound may also force a victim to associate an emotion with a particular person or object, though this effect will fade with time. At times the emotions caused can become so intense that the victim will experience derangement./ Oracle
With a heightened knowledge about the dead, the bound is able to examine corpses and come away with otherwise unobtainable knowledge of the events of the death. The bound may touch the remains and relive those final moments, take a step into fading memories of the deceased's life.
