  + Long black hair with vibrant red highlights, that come past her hips. It is usually tied up with tattered ribbons
  + Left gray eye, right green eye / slit pupils
  + A thin brown cloak

  + A belt made with shells is tied to her waist
  + Leather shoes that are very well worn
  + An old locket underneath the tunic (It's a talisman for amplifying magic, but it's risky to use)
  + A lute strapped to her back, it has odd sketch marks on it

  Bio

  Her history is as follows:
  + A spellcaster by trade, Hazel was abandoned by her adopted mother at age 15. Her real parents are unknown, but was left with an old locket without any pictures. Since then, she had to learn how to scrape by on her own. And she tended to get herself into trouble because she has this annoying habit of causing things to blow up and backfire with some of her spells. But despite this, she is honestly trying her best.
  
  Although she has no physical capabilities, she more then makes up for them in defensive spells. To shore up her offense, she has a tendacy to use summoning spells to bring forth combat familiars to take care of problems that cannot be solved via diplomacy, instead of using offensive magic since she hasn't mastered those yet without them backfiring horribly on her.
  
  Other then her clear interests in learning to be a better spellcaster, she loves art and music. Hazel carries a small lute to play whenever she is resting or to cheer up an ally. The lute is also utilized in a few of her major purifying spells, as well as a few summoning beast spells. The old locket she wears is a talisman that has been spelled in a way that significantly amplifies her magic. Along with the advantages to doing this, there is a major drawback to it that she hasn't been able to fix or reverse. Any defensive spells have a 5% chance of backfiring. Whereas any offensive spells she might try have a 78% chance to backfire. So using the amplifier is risky no matter what she does.
  
  Many of her people shun her because of her spellcasting abilities. In her culture the art of magic is forbidden, because of a devastating event that occurred many hundreds of years ago. Her people often chase her into forests, or high into mountains. Much to her dismay, the Snow'Kiu fear she will bring about the destruction of their world. Even though that is not what Hazel wants at all. She has tried many times to explain this, only for her words to fall on deft ears as they continue to cut her off from all form of contact at every turn. So she wanders around learning about magic as best as she can. Even coming up with a few of her own. At one point she did have a friend, but after so much pressure from others, even he eventually began to shun Hazel. At the time she was casting an earth spell to make some crops grow when she was upset over losing the only friend she had ever known. The spell went wildly out of control, and instead of just the crops growing, an entire forest popped up that spread over to a village and causing it to become literally overgrown. Angry villagers chased her clear out of the territory after that, even though she tried to fix her mishap.
