• Biography

  When Velariah was born, the doctor told her parents they had a boy. But when she was 12, she started growing breasts, and that really confused not only her, but her family as well.
  
  When she was 3, her mother completely stopped loving her, and by the time she was 6, she and her parents went to court one day because her mother couldn't stand being around her because of what she was. During the trial, her mother stated that she didn't want to leave Jihad, her husband, but she wanted to abandon Velariah because "girls shouldn't have penises." Velariah was embarrassed, humiliated, and shocked. She pleaded and begged her mother not to leave her, but to no avail. Her mother looked at her husband, who stared at her in complete shock. "How the hell could you not want to be around our beautiful daughter?!?" Jasmine didn't say a thing before she left.
  
  Velariah still hasn't gotten over her mother abandoning her and being possessed by a demon because she screams in the middle of the night due to her nightmares.
  
  She does pray for her mother every day and wishes that she could see her at least one more time.
  
  Her father, Jihad, decided to call Velariah a girl because of the name she was given at birth. When he told her that, she responded well to that by smiling at him and hugging him. Uncle Ari, Uncle Sunny, Uncle Jerath, Aunt Katana, and her grandmother call her Velariah. Her grandfather wants nothing to do with her. He even threatened Velariah by telling his son Jihad that she was going to have surgery. Jihad stared straight at him and said, "What the hell?!? I don't think so, Dad. She is my daughter. I say what happens to her, and that's not going to happen."
