tethered to the building he died in, his bones never buried or truly laid to rest, he can't wander very far away from the block he's trapped in, with few exceptions.
magic users
anyone with the magical means to see him, speak to him - if they're powerful enough, can holster his spirit for a brief amount of time. this is a great way to take him places or use his other abilities for their own gain.
empathy and leeching
he feeds off the energy of a room, emotional and electrical, which can cause some blown fuses, flickering lights, unresponsive switches and best of all, mood swings. he has his own emotions, along as the others in the room aren't influencing them.
telekinesis
with enough energy, he can manipulate it into his form of poltergeist. pushing chairs across kitchens, stacking things in impossible towers.
