• Biography

  Of Templars and Mages
  
  Braoin was a Templar, a knight serving under the command of Knight Commander Rythen, along with many others, such as Herius. He was a proud Templar, being stationed in many circles across Ferelden, he thought the order was just, and allowed Mages and Templars to co-exist.
  
  This was until, he witnessed something. His Knight Commander, beating, torturing and abusing several mages, all female too. Braoin spoke out against his Commander, and gathered a small backing with his fellow Knights. However, many still remained loyal to Rythen. A small skirmish broke out between the Templars, those for Rythen, and those against.
  
  Ultimately, Braoin and his small band of Templars were defeated. They were given a choice. Dishonor or execution. To spare his mens lives, he chose dishonor.
  
  Bannished from the order, he was left scared. A large brand was left by his heart, scolded on his flesh, for the rest of his days. He and his fellow knights left, and hid. Together they forged a secretive order, one that many people believe is just myth and rumor. The Dishonored.
  
  They travel Thedas, seeking enlightenment, and revenge.
