• Biography

  Koda Izo was born in Los Angles, California. His parents, of Japanese and African American decent, raised him as best as they could. As a child, Koda was bullied relentlessly by his peers , mainly due to being of mixed descent. The boys hit him, the girls verbally abused him. Koda spent most of his younger years alone, with no real friends.
  
  One day, Koda received a note from a female student. The note read "I'm like you. Meet me on the playground after school." Too excited to think it was a set up, he headed to the playground as the not directed. Once he arrived, there was no one to be found, until he felt a burst of liquid hit the back of his shirt. Koda turned around to see his whole class of 24 students standing behind him, some with squirt guns containing questionable substances. He was too appalled by the strange liquids hitting him to move. He quickly became soaked. After the guns were empty, the class jumped him. Punching him in the ribs, scratching at his eyes. He covered up the best he could, trying to lessen the damage he took. Now on the ground, a kid stomped on his head, causing his skull to bounce against the concrete. Due to the blow, Koda Blacked out. When he finally came to, he looked down at his hands, which where covered in blood. His shirt, as well as his pants and sneakers were also covered with the red liquid. His eyes widened as he scanned the playground. He saw the bloody, almost lifeless bodies of his classmates. Not knowing what to do, he ran as fast as he could to his home, afraid of what the next day would bring.
  
  A few days after the incident, Koda's parents thought it was best to ship him to Japan to live with his Aunt and Uncle. Maybe he would get a fresh start somewhere he always dreamed of visiting.
  
  Koda, now living in Tokyo, Japan, kept to himself. He had been afraid of becoming close to anyone, due to him being tricked when he was younger. Trying to prevent Koda from being bullied once again, his Aunt and Uncle sent him to International schools for his Junior High and High School years.
  
  One day, while walking home, Koda had bumped into a man who had been running away from someone else. When the man feel over, Koda noticed a duffle bag full of Yen (Money) lying next to him. Realizing that the man had stolen the money, Koda quickly reached for the bag and snatched it away. The man rose to his feet, and took out a knife. Koda's life was now in danger. A few seconds passed, and once again, Koda blacked out. When he came to, he was on top of the man, one hand wrapped around his throat, the other holding the knife high in the air, ready to pierce through the man's skin with intent to kill. "Please, no! Don't kill me!" The man begged. Koda quickly stood up, dropped the knife, and watched the man as he limped away. The bag was returned to the owner, and Koda once again, was left wondering what had happened.
  
  The next day, Koda had been heading to the Arcade, since he had the day off from school. Just as he was about to approach the arcade, a bag was placed over his head and he was pulled into a nearby vehicle. No matter how hard he struggled he just couldn't break free. Then he felt a blunt object hit the side of his head. Things became much darker.
  
  When Koda came to, He was on his knees, facing a tall man. The tall man walked over to him, and and squatted down, grabbing Koda by his hair. "I heard you did a number on one of our boys, and took his money back. You understand we can't just let that slide, right? You're going to pay back every Yen we didn't get, on top of our poor boy's medical bills. You are now part of the HBC, and will do everything we say until your debt is paid. Understood!?" He yelled before giving Koda a swift kick to the jaw. Koda now was part of one of the most Notorious gangs in Japan, the HBC.
  
  Years passed as Koda worked under the HBC, stealing money, coning people, shaking down store owners, as well as business leaders. He took every job offered so he could pay back his debt as soon as possible. Due to having this mindset, he quickly rose through the ranks of the HBC, becoming the Leaders, right hand in just 2 years time. He told himself he was just doing it for the money, but in reality, he loved every second of it. After his graduation from High School, Koda was invited to the hideout for a big get together. Most of the gang was going to be there. Little did he know, there was an ambush waiting to happen. As Koda arrived to the hideout, he saw blood all along the entrance, and the cars parked outside. Once he entered the hideout, all he saw were bodies. Bloody, maimed bodies. Hearing a faint cough, Koda quickly rushed over to the source, tears flowing freely down his cheeks. Kneeling down, he lifted the near lifeless body in his arms. It was the Leader of the HBC. The Leader, with his last breath, spoke the name of the rival gang who orchestrated the attack. As soon as the Leader passed, Koda blacked out.
  
  Time passed. Koda came to. He was at the rival gang's hideout, covered in blood, gun in hand, a small smirk on his face. He knew what he had down, and was satisfied. The remaining members of the gang began to file in, but froze just as they entered. Koda turned towards them, pointing his gun. "I am your new leader!"
  
  A year passed. Koda, now 20 years old, was going to a university. Not because he wanted to, but because he needed a cover. Student by day, leader of Tokyo's underground by night.
