• Biography

  Born on June 22, 2003, Corina Van Helsing brought joy to the world. Her family had erased the legacy of her great, great, great grandfather. For generations the Van Helsing family didn't even know of their past. Corina grew up with good grades, a happy family, and sunshine through out her childhood. When she was 12 her parents were killed. She went to live with her aunt and uncle in Romania at the Van Helsing castle. She was astonished by the architecture of the home and decided to explore to take her mind off of her parent's death. While exploring the lower layers of the castle, she tripped and hit her head on the stone wall. It sounded hollow behind the wall so she went back upstairs and found a sledge hammer in the storage room. She went back down and used the hammer to take down the wall. Corina ventured into the darkness and turned on her flashlight. Bones, fangs, oddly shaped skulls, and skins lined the walls. There were crossbows, staffs, spears, muskets, wooden stakes, potions, holy water, and plenty of dust. These new sights were fantastic and she started to swing a sword around. Her life may have been happy, but she always loved weapons and fighting. A single book was laying on a simple wooden table, so, naturally she began to read it. This book spoke of mythical creatures like vampires and werewolves. She discovered that her family was supposed to have been monster slayers. Over the next couple of years she encountered many of these creatures and destroyed them. Corina kept her discoveries a secret. Corina had killed many vampires and never thought she would encounter the legendary Dracula. Word spread fast of the young Van Helsing and the monsters became furious. Dracula had killed the original, so why not the new one? He entered their castle one night and drained the life from Corina's last living relatives. She heard the screaming and grabbed her sword. After a grueling fight, she managed to escape and continues to hunt down monsters to extinction. Dracula is always watching her and she must be ready to run and fight, while still trying to maintain a normal life in Romania.
